Look Nº 624 - The Pandemic Diary!

I hope you have a great week! Here we remain in confinement and the vaccination saga continues with many stories to tell. After shameless ones who jump the queue, it has now become known that Portugal did not buy all the vaccines it had available, and of the whole cake, it bought mostly the cheapest ones, but that our government's lack of vision is always trying to save with its people!! A sadness!! With the delay in delivery the vaccination plan is not being implemented!! Strategic vision where is it?? Furthermore, what is seriously worrying me is the fact that people already vaccinated with the second shot - this is happening in a nursing home - are infected with the coronavirus !! What the experts say is that the vaccine protects people from severe symptoms of the disease, but it does not prevent it, nor does it prevent contagions!! Come on !! So people, even if vaccinated, have to be isolated so as not to infect others !! This is the disease of isolation and loneliness! I think that scientists still don't really know what it's going to be like after the whole population has been vaccinated, or they do, and they still don't want to say, however, the pharmaceutical companies have made a great deal!! Tell me how the vaccination plan is going in your countries? Are there also who jump the queue? Tell me everything in the comments, I would love to know !!!

  4. Hi beautiful lady! I'm in love with how you're matching with the blossoming tree. It's just so beautiful through and through. I mean the pictures, not the pandemic life. The vaccines have arrived here as well in Malaysia and will be given to the frontliners and people with high risks of infection first. Then, the elderly. Then the ones considered healthy and non-elderly. It's the same over here as the politicians will be ahead of the queue. Hahah. For me personally, I like them getting the vaccines first to see if there are side effects! Like you, I'm skeptical about the whole vaccine deal and even though would love for us all to develop herd immunity and defeat the virus, at this point, I really have no clue as to whether to be optimistic about the vaccine. Let's see how it goes. I hope you are taking care of your self and keeping fit :D Lots of love!

  10. not all vaccines have good effective rate, let's say 95%.....actually, your country uses a good vaccine, Biontech-Pfizer....

To have a good result, at least 70% population was vaccinated.... Your country still too far.

    Wonderful flowers....Love your dress color.

  16. I love that coat on you, what a beautiful colour! We only just started vaccinating people this week and you can't jump the queue you need to be in a specific group as there are different stages for people to get the vaccine. I'm right at the end, haha! Because I'm not old enough or have any health complications that mean I need the vaccine any earlier.

Hope that your week is going well :)
