O objectivo deste post é mais uma vez contar uma história sobre mim, mas também mostrar-vos este lindo pijama e, este lençol que tem uma história maravilhosa. Como já devem ter percebido pelo título do post, vou falar de sono profundo.

The
purpose of this post is once again tell a story about me, but also show
you this beautiful pajamas and, this sheet that has a wonderful story. As you may have noticed by the post title, I will talk about deep sleep.
Durante os sete anos que tomei a medicação psiquiátrica era uma
pessoa adormecida, anestesiada, é o termo mais correcto. Para além de me
sentir assim, dormia, efectivamente, muito. Era com algum esforço que
me levantava às 10h30 da manhã, o que queria mesmo era levantar-me
depois das 11h e, podem crer que dormia profundamente!!! Eu, tal como A
Bela Adormecida, tinha-me picado num fuso de uma roca - a medicação que
tomava todos os dias!!! Conseguem imaginar isto durante sete anos!!! É
claro que não poderia ter um trabalho das 9h às 5h, e o meu problema não
me permitia ter uma reforma (nem eu a queria), mas trabalhar era
impensável, isto no período da manhã, na parte da tarde estava
completamente funcional, lenta... mas funcional!!!

course I couldn't have a job 9 to 5, and my problem wouldn't
allow me to be reformed (nor did I want it), but working was
unthinkable in the morning, in the afternoon I was fully functional,
slow... but functional !!!
Quando parei a medicação e, posso-vos dizer que desabituar o corpo a
drogas foi muito complicado e difícil de ultrapassar, durante cerca de
um mês pensei que não iria conseguir aguentar aquela ressaca, mas
com muito esforço libertei-me!!! E, só agora consigo fazer uma
comparação entre a pessoa que sou hoje e a que eu era quando tomava a
medicação!!! Actualmente acordo às 6h da manhã, e às 8h já estou
levantada, estou cheia de genica, faço mil e uma coisas durante o dia,
tenho muita energia e, apesar de estar com outros problemas de saúde,
não me sinto doente, aliás, há já muito tempo que não me sentia assim,
voltei a ser a pessoa que era quando tinha 20 anos, super dinâmica e,
que já me tinha esquecido que um dia tinha habitado em mim!!! Não me
lembro é que tenha sido um belo príncipe a acordar-me OHHHHHH!!!
When
I stopped the medication and, I can tell you that getting rid of this medical drugs was really hard to overcome, for
about a month that I thought I wouldn't be able to hold on that hangover,
but with a lot of effort I freed myself !!! And, only now I can make a comparison between the person I am today and the one I was when I was taking the medication !!! Currently
I wake up at 6am and at 8am I'm up, I got that kind of kick, I do a thousand
and one things during the day, I have a lot of energy and, despite
being with other health problems, I don't feel sick. for
a long time that I didn't feel like this, I came back to be the person
I was, when I was 20 years old, super dynamic, and that I had forgotten
that one day had dwelled in my heart !!! I just don't remember that it was a beautiful prince that wake me up OHHHHHH !!!
Agora quero vos falar deste maravilhoso pijama, quase que dava para
andar na rua com ele de tão bonito que é!!! E fazer um daqueles
pajama looks!!! Não vos parece?
Quanto ao lençol, comprei-o nos
saldos da Zara Home, a aplicação em crochet foi feita pela minha mãe e o
desenho dele é igual ao crochet do lençol da noite de núpcias da minha avó
Isaura, chama-se a Crochet das Cotovias!! Na peça Romeu e Julieta de
Shaskespeare, os dois amantes discutem se o pássaro que ouvem lá fora, é
um rouxinol ou uma cotovia, eles preferem que seja o rouxinol que canta
durante a noite, pois a cotovia anuncia o nascer do dia e, com ele a
separação dos amantes. Acho que foram estas cotovias e, não um belo
príncipe que me despertou desta maldição do sono profundo e, todos os
dias me anunciam um novo recomeço, muito mais feliz!!!

No passado domingo, dia 10 de Junho, foi feriado nacional em Portugal, é o Dia de Camões, de Portugal e das Comunidades Portuguesas. E, eu não poderia deixar passar esta data sem um post dedicado a este feriado, dia tão importante e comemorado de forma tão solene!!! Devo dizer que este post requereu uma grande pesquisa!!! Então vamos começar por Camões (1524-1580), quem foi? Um dos maiores vultos da literatura portuguesa, sendo a sua obra mais conhecida e estudada nas escolas Os Lusíadas, narra a epopeia marítima portuguesa, um poema épico, do tipo à Ilíada e Odisseia de Homero. Mas Camões escreve também muitos sonetos e, eu escolhi um deles que fala de uma mulher Lianor, para a personificar!!!
Last Sunday, June 10, it was a national holiday in Portugal, it's Camões Day, Portugal Day and Portuguese Communities. And,
I couldn't miss this date without a post dedicated to this holiday, so
important day and celebrated in such a solemn way !!! I must say that this post required a great research !!! So let's start with Camões (1524-1580), who was it? One
of the greatest figures of Portuguese literature, his work most known and studied in schools - The Lusiads - tells the Portuguese
maritime epic poem, like the Iliad and Odyssey of Homer. But Camões also writes many sonnets and, I chose one of them that speaks about a woman Lianor, to personify her !!!
Feitas as apresentações, Lianor é uma jovem inocente que segundo o poeta, "Descalça
vai para fonte... vai fermosa e não segura", Lianor tem cabelos da cor
do ouro, entrançado, rematado com uma fita vermelha, that's me!!!
Portanto já perceberam que estou numa fonte, chama-se a Fonte D'el Rei
em Coimbra.
Portugal foi uma monarquia até 1910, passando, desde então, a ser uma
republica. Eu não sou monárquica, não gosto, de em teoria, haver
pessoas com privilégios a partir do momento em que nascem, não quer
dizer que na prática, nas republicas, isso também não aconteça, há de
facto famílias com privilégios, os que perderam os títulos de condes,
marqueses, mas que continuam a comer à mesa do orçamento de Estado
através de Fundações criadas para esse efeito, não declarado, claro!!
Portugal was a monarchy until 1910, becoming, since then, a republic. I'm
not a monarchist, I don't like, in theory, to know that some people
have privileges from the moment they are born, doesn't mean that in
practice, in the republics, this doesn't happen either, there are in
fact families with privileges, those who have lost their titles
of counts, marquises, but who continue to eat at the table of the state
budget through foundations created for that purpose, not declared of
course !!
Esta fonte é do reinado de D. José I (1714-1777), foi um rei que teve
pouca acção governativa, delegando a sua função de governar o reino,
naquele que foi o verdadeiro primeiro Primeiro Ministro de Portugal, um
figurão, o Marquês de Pombal!!! Este homem foi um grande estadista,
embora a sua acção tenha de ser entendida à luz do pensamento dominante
da época - Iluminismo - traduzindo, hoje algumas das sua ideias e
práticas seriam impensáveis e intoleráveis, onde quero chegar é foi um
homem à frente do seu tempo, implementou várias reformas em Portugal,
administrativas, económicas e sociais. E, teve a sua grande prova de
fogo, aquando do terramoto que destruiu Lisboa em 1755. Foi o homem
certo no lugar certo!!! Passado um ano Lisboa estava reconstruída (quem
visitar Lisboa, a baixa da cidade tal como está hoje, tem a assinatura
deste homem) feito esse que foi reconhecido internacionalmente.

which was the true first Prime Minister of Portugal, a big shot, the
Marquis of Pombal !!! This man was a great
statesman, although his action has to be understood in the light of the
dominant thought of the time - Enlightenment - translating, today some
of his ideas and practices would be unthinkable and intolerable, where I
want to get is, he was a man ahead of his time, he implemented various reforms in Portugal, administrative, economic and social. And, he had its great test of fire, in the earthquake that destroyed Lisbon in 1755. It was the right man in the right place !!! After
a year Lisbon was rebuilt (those who visit Lisbon, the downtown as
it stands today, have the signature of this man) his achievement was
internationally recognized.
Mas eu não quero estar aqui a dar uma aula sobre este homem
carismático que governou Portugal, até porque não tenho competências
para isso, onde quero chegar, é que nós hoje olhamos para o espectro
político português e europeu e, não há assim figuras carismáticas,
grandes estadistas que arrastam multidões, como Helmut Kohl, Margareth
Thatcher, François Mitterand, Václav Havel... e nós agora olhamos à
nossa volta e o que é que vemos? Nada, tudo fantoches manobrados pela
alta finança... olho para Portugal e dá-me vontade de chorar, Espanha uma confusão, Itália idem idem aspas aspas, França, Inglaterra
enfim... E Lianor "descalça vai para a fonte"... porque sabe que esta
fonte de homens/mulheres carismáticos e grandes estadistas SECOU...."

But I don't want to be here to teach a class on this charismatic man who governed
Portugal, even because I don't have the skills to do it, where I want
to get is that today we look at the Portuguese and European political
spectrum and there are no such charismatic figures, great

Hoje vou abordar um tema completamente diferente aqui no blogue. Vou fazer o papel de uma advogada de defesa de uma pessoa que gosto, admiro e me inspira e, que acho que foi atacada injustamente. A Cristina Ferreira, para quem não a conhece eu conto um pouco da sua história. De origens humildes, vendeu na feira com os tios, ajudou os pais a servir à mesa num negócio de restauração, e já em adulta foi vendedora numa sapataria. Tirou o curso de História, foi professora mas o bichinho da televisão estava nos genes e fez também o Curso de Ciências da Comunicação. Hoje é considerada a melhor apresentadora de televisão em Portugal, tendo sido distinguida com vários prémios, tem um salário de sonho!! Mas tudo isto não é suficiente para ela, tem uma loja de roupa, dá o seu nome a uma colecção de sapatos, perfumes etc. Tem também uma revista com o seu nome CRISTINA e, ainda um blogue - Daily Cristina - relativamente à sua vida pessoal, pouco se sabe, teve um filho de um companheiro do qual se separou mais tarde e diz-se ainda apaixonada por ele, não se lhe conhece mais nenhum relacionamento.
Today I'm going to approach a completely different issue here on the blog. I'm going to play the role of a defense lawyer of a person I like, admire and inspires me, and who I think was unfairly attacked. Cristina Ferreira, for those who don't know her I tell a little of her story. From
humble beginnings, she sold at the fair with her uncles, helped her
parents serving tables in a restaurant business, and as an adult she was a
saleswoman in a shoe store. She graduate in History, was a teacher but the television bug was in her genes and she also did the Communication Sciences course. Today
is considered the best TV host in Portugal, having been
distinguished with several prizes, and she has a dream salary !! But all this is not enough for her, she has a clothing store, gives her name to a collection of shoes, perfumes, etc. She
also has a magazine with her name CRISTINA, and a blog - Daily Cristina - about her personal life, little is known, had a child of a relationship from which she separated later and she says that's in love with
him, he is the only man of her life, we don't know any other relationship.
Recentemente lançou um novo negócio e, é aí que eu quero chegar,
lançou-se no negócio das unhas, como ela diz no negócio das nails!!!
Eu
sigo várias pessoas no facebook que escreveram crónicas em tom
jocoso quanto ao seu negócio das nails. Houve um até, advogado e que
escreve em vários jornais, mas não foi o único, de boas famílias,
estudou nas universidades das elites, disse numa publicação que ela até
poderia ter-se sofisticado, mas nunca teria classe!!! Não gostei do ele
disse, claro!!! Classe tem aqueles que roubam bancos e colocam o
dinheiro em off-shores mas como são de famílias tradicionais portugueses
até a roubarem tem classe??? Se é essa a classe que lhe falta eu não me
importo nada, ela é uma mulher trabalhadora, eu até acho que o dia para
ela tem mais de 24 horas!!! Já foi capa da revista Forbes portuguesa e,
não por roubar ou ter sido condecorada pelo Presidente da República,
como alguns que arruinaram uma das melhores empresas portuguesas o
foram!!! Gestores com classe, claro!!!
She recently launched a new business and, that's where I want to get, she
launched herself in the nails business, as she says!!!I follow several people on facebook who wrote newspapers articles in a facetious tone about her nails business. There
was a lawyer who writes in several newspapers, but he wasn't the only
one, of good families, he studied in the universities of the elites,
he said in a publication that she might have been sophisticated, but
she would never have the class !!! I didn't like what he wrote, of course !!! Class
has those who steal banks and put the money in off-shores but how
they are from traditional Portuguese families they have the class of stealing ??? If
this is the class that she lacks I don't care at all, she is a
hardworking woman, I think the day for her has more than 24 hours
!!! She was the cover of Portuguese Forbes magazine and, not for stealing or
to have been awarded by the President of the Republic, like some that
ruined one of the best Portuguese companies were !!! Managers with the class, of course !!!
Por isso resolvi fazer uma brincadeira com o negócio das nails da
Cristina Ferreira e, apresento em solidariedade feminina o meu próprio
negócio das nails!!! Prontos, o meu negócio é mais pequenino, tem menos
escolha de cores, mas deu-me muito prazer fazer de advogada de defesa,
podem também de uma forma jocosa dizer que eu também não tenho classe,
mas pouco me importa, o meu trabalho é honesto e durmo de consciência
tranquila, tal como a Cristina Ferreira o deve fazer!!! E, vocês que se
acham de boas famílias metam a vossa classe naquele sítio que eu estou a
pensar, bando de corruptos e vendidos!!! Podem ver estas fotos da

fiz dois Celebrity Style aqui no blogue, podem ver aqui e aqui. E, vocês

in feminine solidarity, I present my own nails business !!! Okay,
my business is smaller, has less choice of colors, but it gave me great
pleasure to act as defense lawyer, You can also in a facetious tone say

Hoje vou fazer uma brincadeira com um assunto que tem dominado a minha vida no último ano. Vão ficar espantados!!! Digam-me sinceramente, vocês gostam do que vão fazer à casa de banho, estou a falar nas necessidades fisiológicas? Não as estamos a adiar sempre que podemos? Porque enfim, eu não quero estar aqui a falar escatologicamente sobre o que lá vou fazer, porque não é bonito, elegante e até mesmo perfumado!!! Agora imaginem as vezes que vocês lá vão, e que já é um grande aborrecimento, isso duplicado, triplicado e muitas vezes quintuplicado!!! Não há paciência que aguente!!! E, imaginem este filme de terror quando estão fora de casa, conseguem? Foi esta a razão que me levou a fotografar um look numa casa de banho. A minha já está um pouco vintage, então a lembrei-me da casa de banho da minha tia que é nova e moderna, para combinar com o meu look!!! Today I'm going to make a joke on a subject that has dominated my life in the last year. You will be shocked !!! Tell me honestly, do you like what you are going to do to the bathroom, I am talking about the physiological needs? Are not we delay them whenever we can? Because,
anyway, I don't want to be here talking schatologically about what
I'm going to do there, because it's not beautiful, elegant and even smelly !!! Now imagine the times you go there, and that's already a great annoyance, this doubled, tripled and many times quintupled !!! There's no patience! And, can you imagine this terror movie when you are away from home, can you? This is why I want to photograph a look in a bathroom. Mine is already a little vintage, so I remembered of my aunt's bathroom, which is new and modern, to match my look !!! But,
it was with the condition that I would have to show part of her orchids collection, we chose the most beautiful and the result couldn't be more perfect !!!
Agora que já suavizámos um pouco o tema, voltamos a ele novamente
ahahahah e, quando o problema escatológico já não é suficientemente
chato e aborrecido e para o agravar ainda mais, também temos problemas urinários!!!
Pronto está o quadro completo, senão é uma coisa é outra e, eu passei a
viver na casa de banho, literalmente!!! Era mais que justo fazer aqui uma sessão
fotográfica, não acham? E, agora imaginem para além destas idas todas,
ainda acontecem aquelas em vocês sentem vontade e vão a correr,
sentam-se e nada e, depois levantam-se saem e imediatamente a seguir tem
de correr para lá!!! Ó que nervos!!! E, durante a noite, estão muito
bem a dormir e acordam e lá têm de ir a correr!!! Não há pachorra!!!
Ó-valha-me-deus e todos os santinhos!!! É mesmo o fim do mundo, escatologicamente falando!!!
Now

ahahahah, and when the scatological problem is no longer annoying
enough and to make it worse we still have urinary problems
!!! Can you see the all picture? Poo and pee!!!, I've been living in the bathroom, literally !!! It was more than fair to do a photo shoot here, don't you think? And
now can you imagine beyond all these times that I go to the bathroom,
there are still those when you who feel you have the need to go and you run, you
sit down and nothing and then you get up and leave and immediately after
that you have to run there again!!! Oh, this creeping me out! And, at night, when you are very well asleep and wake up and you have to go running !!! There is no mood!!! For Christ's sake and all the saints !!! It's the end of the world, scatologically speaking!!!
Então tive que arranjar uma distracção para todo este stress - o
smartphone - o meu salvador!!! Posso vos assegurar que muitos
comentários que faço nos vossos blogues são feitos na casa de banho, mas
meus queriduchos, não fiquem tristes porque eu faço-o em grande
estilo!! ahahahah!! Já repararam no meu look, o little black dress que
mostrei aqui neste post, acho que não o mostrei bem e, por isso resolvi
fotografá-lo novamente!!! E, já reparam no meu cabelo? Foi obra da minha
mãe, já domina o babyliss tal e qual uma pro!!!
So I had to find a distraction for all this stress - the smartphone - my savior !!! I
can assure you that many comments I make in your blogs are made in the
bathroom, but my dear ones, do not be sad because I do it in a great style! ahahahah !! Have
you noticed my look, the little black dress I showed here in this post I
think I didn't show it very well, so I decided to photograph it again !!! And, you notice my hair? It was my mother's work, she already dominates the babyliss, such as a pro !!!
Mas, eu tenho boas notícias, depois de ter tomado muitas medicações e
nenhuma ter melhorado o meu problema, mais ou menos há uns dois meses
que estou a tomar uma nova medicação que o melhorou imensamente!!! Ainda
não se sabe a origem do problema, o que o está a provocar, ainda está a
ser estudado, mas pelos menos a minha condição melhorou muito!!! Por
isso, façam sempre tudo em grande estilo na vossa vida, mesmo que isso se
passe numa casa de banho, se forem exigentes convosco a esse ponto, vão
ver que na vossa vida diária terão sempre essa atitude!!! Contem-me tudo
nos comentários, por favor não aquilo que vão fazer à casa de banho
ahahah, mas a vossa opinião quanto à atitude que temos que ter perante
todo o tipo de dificuldades que a vida nos coloca!!! Vou adorar ler!!!
But I have
good news, after taking many medications and none have improved my
problem, about a couple of months I am taking a new medication that has
vastly improved my problem!!! The origin of the problem is still
unknown, what is causing it, is still being studied, but at least my
condition has improved a lot !!! So always do everything in
style in your life, even if it happens in a bathroom, if you are strict
ideas with you to this point, will see that in your daily life you will
always have this attitude !!! Tell me everything

ahahah, but your opinion about the attitude that we shall have to face all

Digamos que o tema do post não é um tema nada fácil e eu pensei muito se deveria falar nele ou não, tive muitas dúvidas, pela exposição de algo tão pessoal. Mas decidida a falar nele, questionei-me sobre qual a melhor e mais digna forma de o fazer. Pronto já está criado todo um suspense à volta desta história que vou contar. Mas primeiro vamos a uma aula de história de arte!!! Garanto-vos que no final vão perceber tudo!!! Eu estou no Museu Machado de Castro em Coimbra a contemplar uma pintura de Josefa De Óbidos (1630-1684) que se chama a Lactação de S. Bernardo.

Josefa De Óbidos (1630-1684) called the Lactation of St. Bernard.
Quem foi este santo? Digamos que foi a figura mais influente da
Ordem de Cister. Ele inspirou importantes pintores por toda a Europa,
como Giotto, Goya entre muitos outros. O tema mais retratado é o da
Lactação, para quem não está familiarizado com o simbolismo religioso,
digamos que é uma cena que hoje nos parece incrível, tal como aquilo que
me aconteceu a mim, no final vocês vão dizer, incrível como é que isto
foi possível!!! Segurem o queixo!!!
Who was this saint? Let's say he was the most influential figure of the Cistercian Order. He has inspired important painters all over Europe, such as Giotto, Goya among many others. The
subject most portrayed is Lactation, for those who are not familiar
with religious symbolism, let's say it's a scene that today seems
incredible, like what happened to me, in the end you will say,
incredible how this was possible!!! Hold your chin up!!!
Lactação significa iniciação à sabedoria ao poder supremo que ela
confere, ao poder de uma divindade. A ideia que se fazia deste santo era
o de uma pessoa fora do normal, um ser sobrenatural, uma personalidade
completamente fora do comum. Foi ele o primeiro a chamar a Mãe de Deus
por Nossa Senhora, e a expressão "Ó clemente, ó piedosa, ou doce Virgem
Maria" também é da sua autoria. Descrevendo o quadro, o Santo aparece
ajoelhado aos pés de Virgem Maria que numa pausa da amamentação do
menino Jesus espreme o seu seio em direcção ao santo e ele é atingido
por um jacto de leite , a ciência divina, concedendo-lhe o dom da
oratória sagrada. E, isso é mostrado numa forma clara no quadro, retratando uma visão que o santo teve com a Virgem Maria. Digamos que foi
um grande privilégio concedido pela Mãe de Deus ao santo pela sua enorme
devoção. Digamos que S. Bernardo domina o pensamento simbólico.
Lactation means initiation to wisdom to the supreme power it confers, to the power of a divinity. This saint was considered an out-of-ordinary person, a
supernatural being, a personality completely out of the ordinary. He
was the first to call the Mother of God for Our Lady, and the
expression "O clement, pious, or sweet Virgin Mary" is also his own. Describing
the picture, the saint appears kneeling at the feet of the Virgin Mary,
who in a pause of breastfeeding baby Jesus squeezes his breast
towards the saint and he is struck by a shot of milk, divine science,
granting him the gift of sacred oratory. And, this is shown clearly on the paint, and depicts a vision the saint had with the Virgin Mary. minha medicação psiquiátrica e este é talvez o mais incrível.

Em termos médicos a medicação que eu tomava fazia-me ter os níveis
da Prolactina bastante elevados. E o que é a Prolactina? É conhecida
pela hormona do leite, ela actua no desenvolvimento das mamas, no
aumento do seu volume e na produção de leite e ligada a outras hormonas
regulam a menstruação e a ovulação. Significa que durante os sete anos
que tomei esta medicação eu fui uma mulher "grávida", tinha um peito
enorme e uma barriga bastante pronunciada, tal e qual uma grávida e,
como sabem eu não tenho filhos e juro-vos que nunca estive grávida na
minha vida!!

isso é que ninguém te dá emprego!" A essas pessoas envio-lhes hoje a
resposta, sob a forma de um jacto de leite, a ciência divina, a
sabedoria e o poder supremo que ela confere!!! Poucos são aqueles que
têm esse privilégio!!! E foi a ciência que me permitiu ser hoje a pessoa
que sou e que sempre fui!! Nunca julguem uma pessoa pela a sua
aparência!! Incrível, não é??? Contem-me tudo nos comentários, vou

And, I've often heard comments like, "You're so fat, that's why no one gives you a job!" To
these people I send them today the answer, in the form of a shot of milk,
