Este local onde me encontro vai ter uma função diferente para a qual foi idealizado, feita esta ressalva, quero que façam a comparação entre mim e esta escultura como sendo também uma pessoa. Focando-nos na pessoa da escultura, ela ao pé de mim é um gigante. Pois há um certo tipo de pessoas, que não se vendo assim, querem ser vistos aos olhos dos outros desta forma: superiores!! Esta pessoa que quer que a vejam assim tem um transtorno de personalidade: é uma pessoa narcisista! Por aqui também fica o antigo edíficio da antiga polícia política da ditadura portuguesa, onde foram torturadas muitas pessoas só porque tinham um pensamento diferente. A pessoa que vos vou falar e que está representada na escultura seria com certeza o pior dos torturadores, o modos operenadi desta pessoa é sempre com requintes de malvadez! Mas vamos objectivamente falar do que trata efectivamente este post!

This place where I stand will serve a different purpose than the one for which it was originally designed. With that caveat in mind, I want you to compare me to this sculpture, seeing it as a person as well. Focusing on the figure in the sculpture, it stands next to me like a giant. For there is a certain type of person who, while not seeing themselves that way, wants to be seen by others in this light: as superior!! This person who wants to be seen this way has a personality disorder: they are a narcissist! Nearby stands the former building of the Portuguese dictatorship’s secret police, where many people were tortured simply because they thought differently. The person I’m going to tell you about, who is represented in the sculpture, was surely the worst of the torturers; this person’s modus operandi is always marked by the utmost cruelty! But let’s objectively talk about what this post is actually about!
Este transtorno de personalidade, faz desta pessoa, um invíduo perigosíssimo. Se algum de vós tem nas suas relações, amigos, familiares, marido ou mulher, com este traço de personalidade, eu já estou a sofrer por essa pessoa, porque é o PIOR tipo de pessoa que se pode ter nas nossas relações. Os NARCISISTAS, nunca são vilões, são sempre as desgraçadas das vítimas e, são as vítimas dos esquemas que eles próprios engendraram, portanto para além de grandes actores, são também uns grandes mentirosos! Desgraçado daquele que é a sua vítima, porque ele é um predador nato, um lobo em pele de cordeiro!
This personality disorder makes such a person extremely dangerous. If any of you have friends, family members, a husband, or a wife in your lives who exhibit this personality trait, I’m already suffering for that person, because they are the WORST kind of person you can have in your life. NARCISSISTS are never the villains; they are always the poor victims, and they are the victims of the schemes they themselves have devised. Therefore, in addition to being great actors, they are also great liars! Woe to the one who is their victim, because they are a born predator, a wolf in sheep’s clothing!
Primeiro o narcisista começa por provocações, uma atrás da outra, como diz a banda sonora deste post! Quando a pessoa já não aguenta tanta provocação, finalmente reage, o NARCISISTA conta a história à sua maneira distorcendo os factos, em que ele é uma pobre vítima do seu alvo. Depois é só fazer os outros acreditar na sua história, faz-se um assassinato de carácter, arruina-se com a reputação de uma pessoa de bem!
First, the narcissist starts with one provocation after another, just like the soundtrack to this post says! When the person can no longer take all the provocation, they finally snap back, and the NARCISSIST tells the story his own way, twisting the facts to make himself out to be the poor victim of his target. Then it’s just a matter of getting others to believe their story—they engage in character assassination, ruining the reputation of a good person!
E, PORQUE FAZ O NARCISISTA ISTO?
1 - Porque tem um sentimento de superioridade (sem razão), mentem nas suas realizações e querem ser tratados de maneira diferente dos demais. Estão constantemente a desvalorizar os outros.
2 - Querem ser tratados de forma especial e serem elogiados por coisas que pagaram a outros para fazer em nome deles!
3 - Não são capazes de se colocar no lugar dos outros, são insensíveis à dor dos outros, porque eles são apenas o centro do Universo!
4 - São arrogantes e pretensiosos. Por isso, quem não tiver um título não vale nada, a mulher da limpeza não vale nada a menos que necessite algo dela!
5 - São exageradamente e coloquem exagerado nisso, invejosos! Estas pessoas, no mundo distorcido em que vivem ainda acham que elas é que são alvo de inveja!
And why does the NARCISSIST do this?
1 - Because they have a sense of superiority (without reason), they dwell on their achievements and want to be treated differently from others. They are constantly belittling others.
2 - They want to be treated specially and praised for things they paid others to do on their behalf!
3 - They are incapable of putting themselves in others’ shoes; they are insensitive to others’ pain because they are the center of the universe!
4 - They are arrogant and pretentious. That’s why anyone without a title is worthless; the cleaning lady is worthless unless they need something from her!
5 - They are extremely—and I mean extremely—jealous! In the distorted world they live in, these people still think they are the ones being envied!
Os NARCISISTAS odeiam quem lhes faz frente e quem lhe descobre os esqueletos escondidos no armário! São capazes de matar!, Não eles, mas através de outros! Isto se pelo cansaço da verdadeira vítima, não a conseguirem destruir! Mas, como já disse, nunca são eles, é um vizinho, um amigo, um familiar, porque entretanto já conseguiram virar todos contra a vítima, a verdadeira vítima! Resumidamente, quem tiver nas suas relações uma pessoa com esta personalidade, então pode afirmar que se relaciona com Lucifer. A sua grande arma é a manipulação de tal forma que leva as pessoas a cometer até o suicídio! Isto eu posso afirmar porque eu sou vítima de uma pessoa narcisista e que ela age de forma satânica!
NARCISSISTS hate anyone who stands up to them or uncovers the skeletons hidden in their closet! They’re capable of killing—not by their own hands, but through others! Há uma palavra em inglês que não tem tradução directa para o português, mas que define um dos métodos usados por esta pessoa narcisista - chama-se "gaslighting" - que é uma forma de abuso psicológico e emocional, o narcisista distorce os factos para a vítima duvidar até de si própria e, assim, poder apedilá-la de louca e ninguém acreditar nela! Eu sou vítima disto, mas sei bem qual é a verdade e não estou baralhada com nada. Dúvidas sobre quem diz a verdade também não tenho!
There’s a word in English that doesn’t have a direct translation into Portuguese, but it describes one of the methods used by this narcissist—it’s called “gaslighting”—which is a form of psychological and emotional abuse. The narcissist distorts the facts so that the victim begins to doubt even herself, allowing the narcissist to label her as crazy and ensuring that no one believes her! And I am a victim of this, but I know the truth well and I’m not confused about anything. I also have no doubts about who is telling the truth!
