Olá! Bem-vindos meus caros amigos e leitores.
Hello! Welcome, my dear friends and readers. How have you been? In this post, I am going to warn you about an invisible danger. We live in an era where social media, especially Facebook, is no longer just a place to share moments and conversations with friends. Today, what we see in our feed is no longer the result of our searches, but of powerful Artificial Intelligence that silently decides what we should see. This machine not only knows our tastes, but also our fears — and that is precisely where the danger lies.
If we are not careful, we run the risk of living in a filtered reality, tailored to manipulate opinions, behaviours and even emotions. It is urgent to realise that not everything that appears to us is spontaneous; often, it is a reflection of interests that are not our own.
But now let's change the subject! Let's put aside manipulation and distorted reality and focus on something that brings us lightness: inspiration. I leave you with a wonderful look that carries only good vibes and a feeling of freedom, because fashion, unlike algorithms, should liberate us and not attack us!
Hello, dear readers and friends, how have you been? Lately, I have felt that someone has been trying to take away what is most pure and valuable to me: my sanity and my smile. It's as if, suddenly, they had cast a spell on me, as if they had tried to extinguish my sparkle.
I decided to smile every day, a genuine smile: one that comes from within, lights up your eyes and, above all, reminds us why life is worth living. After all, a blogger who doesn't smile isn't helping or giving hope to those who read my posts with affection.
Life is a gift, even when it doesn't seem like it. It is on dark days that we realise the value of a ray of sunshine. It is in heavy silence that we learn to listen to what really matters. We must take a deep breath, untie the knots we have created in our rush to please, and release the weight we have tied to our feet. Weight that was not ours, but empty criticism, the expectations of others, frustrations projected onto me.

I will always have haters. It is the inevitable price of exposing myself, of sharing photos and words on a blog. But I realise, more and more, that haters are not talking about me - they are talking about their own pain, insecurities and fears. Life is too short to be distracted by that. I prefer to spend my energy creating, living, inspiring those who really like me.
Life always surprises us with the people it puts in our path: some to challenge us, others to lift us up, others to knock us down, and there have been many in my life. I believe that time is the best filter: it always ends up revealing who stays with us, who gives us a hand, who really matters.
Now, all I want is to look back at my photos with pride, to see not only the clothes I chose, but I want each look to tell a story of courage and each photo to be more than just a pretty picture, but to have soul!
Firstly, I want to smile at myself, because no one can take that smile away from me – it comes from self-love, from accepting my scars and from gratitude for the path I have been on. And that smile is to inspire you, because only then does everything make sense. Because in the end, sharing is not just about showing who we are, it is about reminding those who read us that they too can choose to start over, they too can choose to smile. So, my smile is back. Not because everything is perfect, but because I decided not to give it up.
Olá! Sejam muito bem-vindos quem vier por bem! Hoje vou falar-vos do assunto do momento!
Hello! Welcome to all who come in peace! Today I'm going to talk to you about the topic of the moment! If you think you've seen it all, I can tell you that you haven't seen anything yet! This is about the latest consumer craze that has swept the planet! Do you remember playing with dolls called Baby Born when we were children?
Well, these babies are back, but now they are handmade from vinyl/silicone, hyper-realistic babies with natural hair, looking like real newborns and costing more than an iPhone. They even pee (simulated)!! I'm talking about Baby Reborn, the new generation! The craze is global, but it's driving Brazilian women especially crazy! Yes, this phenomenon has taken over Brazil.
In this country, influencers – and others – even throw babyshower parties with these dolls. They parade around shopping centres with prams as if they were walking a real newborn. Amazingly, there are even those who use these babies to deal with pregnancy loss. The phenomenon went viral... and controversy ensued! The paranoia is so great that they use these babies to get priority in queues and parking spaces! But there's more, they even take them to the paediatrician! And what's more, they simulate the birth of these reborn babies!!??!!
All this led to the government itself having to intervene. Some policies aim to fine those who take the joke too far. Others defend this business, which has already generated millions of reais in sales in the last year.
Finally, these hyper-realistic babies tell us that affection can manifest itself in many ways. Personally, I think that this exaggerated behaviour reveals many emotional and affectionate needs. One thing is certain: Brazil has never been the same since the Baby Reborn craze! Perhaps Baby Reborn dolls are just that: a modern way of reliving old childhood!
Olá! Bem-vindos meus caros amigos e leitores!
Hello and welcome, my dear friends and readers! The weather in Portugal is not what it used to be. It is an indisputable fact that it has changed a lot! Before, we had a spring of sunshine and warmth, now we have depression after depression, in a cycle that repeats itself between 2 days of sunshine, 5 of rain. It's like the weather is all mixed up and so are we! Meteorologists are already calling this phenomenon the carousel of depressions!

Hello, how have you been, my dear friends and readers? The subject of this post is proof that not everything is as it seems. I've already talked about this subject in this post. To remind you, last year a controversy arose in the media around our President of the Republic, accusing him of favoring a Brazilian woman who was seeking urgent medical help in Portugal for her twin daughters, both of whom had a serious illness.
