Olá queridos leitores do Marisa's Closet!! Sobrevivi ao ano e mantive o meu status de solteira!! Mas continuo a manter uma relação séria com o... café!!! Ahahah!!! Ah e com a escrita do meu blog. Entre um gole de café e outro, confirmo que a moda é a minha musa inspiradora. Os meus looks são um mix de "um pouco louca" com o "totalmente fabulosa". Afinal quem precisa de um relacionamento complicado quando se pode ter um closet incrível??

Hello dear Marisa's Closet readers!!! I survived the year and kept my single status!!! But I'm still in a serious relationship with... coffee!!! Ahahah!!! Oh and with writing my blog. Between sips of coffee, I confirm that fashion is my inspirational muse. My looks are a mix of "a little crazy" and "totally fabulous". After all, who needs a complicated relationship when you can have an incredible closet?

Olá queridos leitores do Marisa's Closet! Como é tradição neste blog, neste post, há Conto de Natal. Neste conto espero que se deixem envolver pelo calor da generosidade. Este é um conto que celebra a magia do Natal e que nos lembra sobre o verdadeiro significado desta época!

Hello dear Marisa's Closet readers! As is the tradition on this blog, this post features a Christmas Carol. In this tale I hope you'll be enveloped by the warmth of generosity. This is a story that celebrates the magic of Christmas and reminds us of the true meaning of this season!

Christmas Carol 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄

On a cold, starry night, in a land marked by the shadows of war, a small child, Alma, a refugee from the horrors that life had imposed on her, felt incomplete. Her teddy bear, a silent confidant on difficult nights, was lost in the maze of rubble that had once been her country. On Christmas Eve, while the world seemed asleep in festive dreams, Alma nestled in a shady corner of an improvised shelter. The cold penetrated her bones, but the longing for her teddy bear warmed her heart. Then, like a magical tale of hope, something incredible happened. In the darkness, a soft light flickered. A roaring fire sprang up, casting dancing shadows on the worn canvas of the tents. Alma, initially perplexed, approached the warm light. The fire became her companion on that freezing night, more valuable than any teddy. As she warmed herself in the comforting heat, Alma gazed up at the starry sky and there, high in the sky, she glimpsed the magical figure of Santa. With a wand of light, he lit the fire for little Alma, turning her into his guiding star. It wasn't just a fire for warmth, but a symbol of hope and generosity. On Christmas morning, the people in that unlikely corner woke up to a surprise - a fire that glowed with the magic of compassion. Alma, now enveloped in a warmth that went beyond the physical, smiled with gratitude. And so the world witnessed the magic of Christmas, not in material offerings, but in the generosity that warms souls. Alma's bonfire became the light that echoed in everyone's hearts, provoking reflections on what is truly precious in life.

Que este conto seja uma lembrança de que, mesmo nas noites mais escuras, a luz da compaixão pode acender o caminho para um amanhã mais luminoso. Na verdade aquela fogueira deve pesar nas consciências dos donos desta Terra muito mal governada e frequentada!

Olá leitores do Marisa's Closet! A minha viagem a Águeda revelou-me um cenário encantador e repleto de magia! Não é que fui recebida pela grandiosidade do maior Pai Natal da Europa! Este ícone, símbolo de espírito natalício, atrái visitantes de todos os cantos de Portugal, unindo corações em celebração!

Hello Marisa's Closet readers! My trip to Águeda revealed an enchanting setting full of magic! I was greeted by the grandeur of Europe's biggest Santa Claus! This icon, symbol of the Christmas spirit, attracts visitors from all corners of Portugal, uniting hearts in celebration!

Entre as diversas atracções natalícias, destaco uma curiosidade singular: para além do maior Pai Natal, Águeda também apresenta o menor Pai Natal do mundo. Uma pequena maravilha revelada somente através da lente poderosa de um microscópio e, que por razões óbvias, não apresento aqui!!

Among the many Christmas attractions, I would like to highlight a unique curiosity: in addition to the biggest Santa, Águeda also has the smallest Santa in the world. A small marvel revealed only through the powerful lens of a microscope and which, for obvious reasons, I won't present here!!!

Contudo, Águeda não se limita aos elementos natalícios, a cidade é conhecida por transformar as suas ruas em verdadeiras galerias de arte ao ar livre, com pinturas, grafitis e ainda utilizando chapéus de chuva coloridos! Cada rua é uma sinfonia de cores, criando um espectáculo visual que transcendeu as minhas expectativas!

However, Águeda doesn't stop at Christmas elements, the city is known for transforming its streets into veritable open-air art galleries, with paintings, graffiti and even colourful umbrellas! Each street is a symphony of colours, creating a visual spectacle that transcended my expectations!

A atmosfera única de Águeda não se resumia apenas às luzes brilhantes e aos enfeites encantadores, ela pulsava com uma energia contagiante. Os risos e sorrisos dos visitantes, a música suave que ecoava pelas ruas e o calor humano, criavam uma harmonia indescritível!

Águeda's unique atmosphere wasn't just about sparkling lights and enchanting decorations, it pulsed with contagious energy. The laughter and smiles of the visitors, the soft music echoing through the streets and the human warmth created an indescribable harmony!

Águeda sabe como celebrar a magia do Natal como nenhuma outra cidade, tanto assim é, que fomos recebidos pela Guarda Nacional Republicana que quis tirar fotos com a equipa do Marisas's Closet!!!

Águeda knows how to celebrate the magic of Christmas like no other city, so much so that we were welcomed by the National Republican Guard who wanted to take photos with the Marisa's Closet team!!!
