Estas fotos foram tiradas no dia do meu aniversário, ainda não estavamos em confinamento total. A ordem agora é para ficar em casa! Mas hoje o confinamento pode ser contornado com a desculpa que se vai votar nas eleições presidenciais, desculpem-me, mas isto se não fosse dramático, até dá vontade de rir. Ao certo não se sabe como se dá o contágio, mas afirma-se categoricamente que votar é seguro, deve ser tão seguro como andar de metro em Lisboa!! Os políticos não afirmam que não é nos transportes que os portugueses se infectam!! Então qual é o problema? Os hospitais estão em ruptura ou em pré ruptura, mas fazem-se eleições que é para ajudar à festa, os portugueses a morrerem às centenas por dia, isto nó numa republica das bananas!! Ai deixem-me olhar para estas fotos e sonhar com o dia em que voltarei a este lugar... em liberdade!
These photos were taken on my birthday, we were not yet in total lockdown. The order now is to stay at home! But today the lockdown can be circumvented with the excuse that we are going to vote in the presidential elections, excuse me, but if this were not dramatic, it makes me laugh. It's certainly not known how contagion occurs, but it's categorically stated that voting is safe, it should be as safe as riding the metro in Lisbon!! Politicians don't claim that it's not in transports that the Portuguese become infected !! So what's the problem? Hospitals are in rupture or in pre-rupture, but elections are held to help with the tragedy numbers, the Portuguese are dying hundreds a day, this in a republic of bananas !! Then let me look at these photos and dream about the day when I will return to this place... in freedom!

Entendo, perfeitamente, a questão. E acho que já devia ter sido garantida uma forma de as pessoas votarem online, sobretudo, num tempo como este. Apesar de tudo, não deixei de ir votar e senti-me bastante segura: haviam filas organizadas, distancia de segurança, um local para entrar e outro para sair e gel desinfetante. Além disso, enquanto estive no meu local de voto, vi que as pessoas estavam a cumprir todas as recomendações

Really, we Italians always think that we've got the worst government ever, but I can see that even the bigger make a lot of mistakes!

What a fun glitter top and happy belated birthday! I hope you were able to safely vote! We had to vote last year but we were able to vote early or vote via mail which made it all safer - I've never used the vote by mail option before but I liked it this time so I'll probably use it next year too as it's not just a pandemic thing!
