Continuamos em confinamento. A sociedade civil neste momento pressiona o governo no sentido de se começar a abrir as escolas de uma forma faseada. Mas, este parece não querer ceder alegando que o número de internamentos em cuidados intensivos é ainda elevado. Pelo que neste momento se está a viver num impasse. Começar ou não a aliviar as medidas restritivas? Mas ao que parece para se aliviar as medidas é preciso que haja um planeamento, uma estratégia, para que com a abertura da economia não voltemos aos números catastróficos de Janeiro. Evitar o efeito yo-yo como dizem os especialistas! E, com as novas estirpes o problema agrava-se pois elas são muito mais contagiosas e, mais letais também, ao que parece! Das duas uma, ou o nosso (des)governo não tem plano nenhum ou tem alguma informação sobre o que se passou nos hospitais nestes tempos críticos que nós ainda não sabemos!! Quanto ao planeamento deve estar por conta, mesmo, é da... Nossa Senhora de Fátima, uma fezada na vacinação e nos portugueses!! Olhando para trás, para este último ano, tem tudo para correr mal!!
We remain in confinement. The civil society is currently pressing the government to start opening schools in a phased manner. However, the government doesn't seem to want to give up claiming that the number of intensive care admissions is still high. So at this moment, we are living in an impasse. To start or not to ease the restrictive measures? But it seems that in order to alleviate the measures, it's necessary to have a planning, a strategy, so with the opening of the economy we don't return to the catastrophic numbers of January. Avoid the yo-yo effect as the experts say! And, with the new strains, the problem is aggravated because they are much more contagious and, even more lethal, it seems! Of the two, either our government has no plan or has any information about what happened in hospitals in these critical times that we still don't know!! As for planning, it must be on account of ... Our Lady of Fatima, a strong feeling about the vaccines and the Portuguese people!! Looking back, this past year, what could go wrong, right?

These times are hard, I don't what to think anymore. In Bosnia and Herzegovina everything is working and the cases are low. For months everything is open and the number of infected is getting lower and lower. However, everywhere there are problems. Here the doctors have been on strike since November last year.

Pelo que temos visto este governo a planear não e grande coisa. E quanto aos hospitais se em tempos normais as coisas não eram fáceis em tempos de covid foi o desespero total. Gostava de estar enganada, mas tenho cá para mim.que muita gente deve ter morrido sem a devida assistência médica, infelizmente.

I had the chance to get the vaccination because I work in an hospital and first they vaccinated people that works in health care system because more exposed to the risks but I am still very affraid for my family, especially my husband because he also works in a crowded place and he does most of the commissions in our home.
