Look Nº 636 - Great News on the Blog!

Tenho uma novidade fantástica para vos contar!!! Tenho uma máquina fotográfica nova yeah!!! Lembram-se de num post eu ter falado que estava com um problema no blog que me estava a dar cabo dos nervos, agora já posso dizer, eram as fotos que eram de má qualidade, eram de telemóvel e, já há mais de um ano, isto apesar de ter uma boa máquina... boa é como quem diz!!

I have a fantastic news to tell you!! I have a new camera yeah!!! Do you remember in a previous post that I said that I had a problem on the blog that was getting on my nerves? Now I can tell you, it was the photos that were of poor quality, they were from a mobile phone and, for more than a year, this despite having a good camera ... good so to speak!!

A verdade é que a máquina tinha um defeito de origem. Durante os dois anos de garantia foi várias vezes a reparar e nada, o defeito mantinha-se! Como estava a expirar a garantia na última reparação eu recusei-me a levantar a máquina da loja e fiz duas reclamações no Livro de Reclamações, mas não consegui nada. Iniciei uma batalha contra a loja que se recusava terminantemente resolver-me o problema.

The truth is that the camera had a origin defect. During the two-year warranty, it was repaired several times and nothing, the defect remained! As the warranty was expiring on the last repair, I refused to pick up the machine from the store and made two complaints in the Complaints Book, but I got nothing. I started a battle against the store that absolutely refused to solve the problem for me.

 Fiz-me sócia da DECO (Defesa do Consumidor) e fiz duas reclamações através deste meio, mais uma vez não consegui nada!! Como não tinha mais alternativas fiz uma reclamção junto do Tribunal de Conflitos de Consumo. Este Tribunal ainda tentou uma conciliação entre as partes, mas a loja nunca me ofereceu uma solução aceitável, que para mim era a restituição do valor pago pela máquina fotográfica!! Resultado, tivémos que ir a julgamento, devido à Pandemia foi via Zoom, eu contra o advogado da loja, sabem quem ganhou a questão?? Eu yeah!!! Hoje fui receber o meu dinheiro e comprei com ele uma máquina nova!!!

I became a partner at DECO (Consumer Protection) and made two complaints through this medium, once again I did not achieve anything !! As I had no other options, I filed a complaint with the Consumer Conflict Court. This Court still tried to reconcile the parties, but the store never offered me an acceptable solution, which for me was the refund of the amount paid for the camera!! Result, we had to go to trial, due to the Pandemic it was via Zoom, me against the store's lawyer, do you know who won the issue?? Me, yeah!!! Today I went to receive my money and bought a new camera with him!!!

 

 Em breve já vamos ter fotos incríveis aqui no blog!!! YEAH!!! E, agora a grande surpresa, sabem que loja é esta que me fez estar um ano sem máquina e obrigar-me a recorrer a um Tribunal?? Sabem qual é??? É essa mesmo que tem as grandes novidades em tecnologia e os mais recentes gadgets, essa mesmo que vocês estão a pensar e, que começa por F...!!! Querem um conselho? Se comprarem lá alguma coisa que dê problemas no período de garantia, apresentem logo queixa no livro de reclamações e guardem todos os documentos de reparação!! O advogado desta loja era um mentiroso!!! Nunca pensei ouvir tantas mentiras num julgamento!!! Mas, felizmente fez-se justiça, agora tenho que ir estudar a nova máquina e me aguardem com novas fotos!!! Hoje estou muito feliz!!!

And now, the big surprise, do you know which store is this that made me go without a machine for a year and force me to go to a court ?? Do you know which is ??? Is the one that has the great news in technology and the latest gadgets, the one that you are thinking about, and that starts with F... !!! Do you want an advice? If you buy something there that causes problems during the warranty period, file a complaint in the complaints book and keep all the repair documents !! The lawyer of this store was a liar!!! I never thought to hear so many lies in a trial!!! But, luckily justice was done, now I have to go study the new camera and, wait for me with new photos !!! Today I am very happy!!!
