 Olá! Bem-vindos a mais um fabuloso post dos Looks da Semana! Hoje vou falar sobre o que é isso da Arte! Tema difícil este. Porque é que há pesssoas que apreciam e outras que não lhes diz nada? Tema subjectivo. Porque é que desde pequeninos devemos ser confrontados com obras de arte? Para o nosso olhar estar mais treinado e sensibilizado para as questões que a Arte nos provoca. É um alimento para a alma, pode ser a música, a arquitectura, etc. Mas o que faz algo ser classificado por Arte?  Será a técnica? A emoção que nos provoca? Ou o impacto que deixa em nós? São de facto muitas as questões que a Arte levanta? Há obras que atravessam séculos, outras esfumam-se num par de anos. Porque é que isso acontece? Talvez seja a ousadia de romper regras, de desafiar o tempo, de ser, acima de tudo, algo novo! Por isso é tão subjectiva. Uns amam, outros odeiam. E está tudo certo. Talvez seja isso! É claro que há pessoas para quem a Arte seja entediante e uma perda de tempo. Esses não sabem o que perdem! Hello! Welcome to another fabulous post from Looks of the Week! Today I'm going to talk about what Art is! This is a difficult topic. Why do some people appreciate it and others don't? It's a subjective topic. Why should we be exposed to works of art from an early age? So that our eyes are more trained and sensitive to the questions that Art raises. It is food for the soul, it can be music, architecture, etc. But what makes something be classified as Art? Is it the technique? The emotion it provokes in us? Or the impact it leaves on us? There are indeed many questions that Art raises. Some works span centuries, others fade away in a couple of years. Why does this happen? Perhaps it is the audacity to break rules, to defy time, to be, above all, something new! That is why it is so subjective. Some love it, others hate it. And that's okay. Maybe that's it! Of course, there are people for whom art is boring and a waste of time. They don't know what they're missing! Este vestido de 2018 continua actual, acho que não há dúvidas sobre isso. Este vestido, numa loja, ninguém diria que tem já 7 anos! Eu continuo a gostar muito dele e todos os Verões tem direito à sua foto. Se falarmos em termos de Arte, este vestido já passou na prova do tempo!

This dress from 2018 is still fashionable, I think there's no doubt about that. If you saw this dress in a shop, no one would guess it's already seven years old! I still love it and every summer it gets its photo taken. In terms of art, this dress has stood the test of time!
