Para além dos problemas financeiros, ao que parece agora, são os problemas de ciúmes entre a Victoria e a sua nora. O verniz estalou e a verdade tem vindo a lume pela mão do próprio filho dos Beckham. Mas querem saber, os problemas desta gente não me inetressam para nada. Estou empenhada nas minhas aulas de música - resolução do ano de 2026 - e, quero-vos fazer um ponto da situação!

Devem se recordar qual era a minha resolução para o ano de 2026 e, mostrei-vos uma foto da estátua deste músico para vocês tentarem adivinhar qual era o instrumento musical que eu ia estudar , é claro, que era fácil, bastava olhar para a estátua, que ela resolvia o mistério, tratava-se de estudar flauta. Na foto que abaixo publico, aparece o músico inteiro tocando flauta para a santa cá da minha terra, a Santa Ana! Cá, onde vivo, todas as pessoas identificavam esta estátua com um músico que faz parte da Banda Filarmónica, só que esse músico, homem, toca clarinete, portanto, nunca poderia ser este músico estátua! O segredo deste músico de bronze é o seguinte: não se trata de um músico homem, mas de uma mulher música, uma mulher que toca flauta e encanta a Santa Ana! Esta semana a mulher estátua foi alvo de um ataque, tentaram roubá-la para assim esconder a sua identidade, mas a polícia apareceu e os ladrões tiveram que fugir e deixar a estátua para trás. Agora está a ser restaurada para novamente voltar ao seu lugar com uma informação extra, já todos sabem a sua identificação! Obrigada de nada!

Mas quem foi realmente Noé? Foi um homem que viveu até aos 950 anos! Claro que não viveu até aos 950 anos, esta idade deverá ser interpretada desta maneira. Para mim, esta idade é resultado do número de anos, em diferentes vidas, que viveu na terra. Ele foi o Escolhido por Deus para salvar a humanidade e os animais do Grande Dilúvio. Este castigo divino foi dado aos homens pela corrupção que grassava na Terra. Noé, foi também responsável pelo povoamente da Terra após a grande tragédia. Foi um novo começo para a humanidade após o juízo.

As you may have realised, it is a metaphor. I want you to understand this post not in a literal way, but philosophically! What I really want is for you to question and not accept everything as it is presented to you. I want you to be critical, to reflect, and not to be satisfied with appearances and false truths.
Imaginem que quando nascemos, a nossa vida, o nosso caminho, consiste em subir uma escada. Subir algo pressupõe esforço, dificuldade, desafio etc.. Subir um degrau significa evoluir cognitivamente e espiritualmente. O que a pessoa faz com esse desenvolvimento é uma escolha, que a pode fazer continuar a subir ou a descer degraus. Esta escada é desafiante e não é qualquer um que se atreve a subi-la, pois ela pressupõe sofrimento. São as armadilhas que a vida nos coloca. Reparem como esta escada é, ela é torcida (em espiral)! Algo semelhante a: "Deus escreve certo por linhas tortas." E, apresenta vários patamares, vários níveis de dificuldade!
Imagine that when we are born, our life, our path, consists of climbing a staircase. Climbing something presupposes effort, difficulty, challenge, etc. Climbing a step means evolving cognitively and spiritually. What a person does with this development is a choice, which can make them continue to climb or descend steps. This staircase is challenging, and not everyone dares to climb it, as it involves suffering. These are the pitfalls that life throws at us. Notice how this staircase is twisted (in a spiral)! Something like: ‘God writes straight with crooked lines.’ And it has several stages and levels of difficulty!
O objectivo, o significado da vida, é chegar no topo da escada no fim da nossa vida. Temo que poucas pessoas consigam chegar no topo da escada, somo seres humanos, não somos perfeitos, a maioria das vezes não escolhemos subir as escadas. Se repararem ao lado desta escada está um elevador, então, porquê subir uma escada se há um elevador? Porque ele é rápido, dá-nos uma sensação - falsa - de progresso. Mas no topo que é o mesmo do das escadas não somos tão desenvolvidos espiritualmente e cognitivamente. Essa diferença não é pouca, acreditem! O elevador é uma ilusão nesta vida terrena, no topo da escada é que começa a luz, a perfeição e a verdadeira vida espiritual!
The goal, the meaning of life, is to reach the top of the staircase at the end of our lives. I fear that few people manage to reach the top of the stairs. We are human beings, we are not perfect, and most of the time we do not choose to climb the stairs. If you notice, there is a lift next to these stairs, so why climb the stairs when there is a lift? Because it is fast, it gives us a false sense of progress. But at the top, which is the same as the top of the stairs, we are not as spiritually and cognitively developed. Believe me, this difference is not insignificant! The lift is an illusion in this earthly life. It is at the top of the stairs that light, perfection and true spiritual life begin!
Posso dar-vos 2 exemplos do que estou a falar com dois lugares de culto religioso em Portugal:
1 - O Santuário da Nossa Senhora dos Remédios em Lamego. Para aceder a esta Igreja tem de se subir uma grande escada. A mesma metáfora.
I can give you two examples of what I am talking about with two places of religious worship in Portugal:
1 - The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Remedies in Lamego. To access this church, you have to climb a large staircase. The same metaphor.

2 - O Santuário do Bom Jesus de Braga. É do mesmo tipo do primeiro, mas cuja escada é ainda maior. O que significa que o desenvolvimento espiritual está num patamar superior ao do anterior exemplo, mas o desafio e o sofrimento que implica é ainda maior. O nível de desenvolvimento e conhecimento espiritual é ainda maior, a recompensa é inimaginável!
2 - The Sanctuary of the Good Jesus of Braga. It is similar to the first one, but its staircase is even bigger. This means that spiritual development is at a higher level than in the previous example, but the challenge and suffering involved are even greater. The level of spiritual development and knowledge is even greater, the reward is unimaginable!

Espero que esta reflexão, independentemente da crença de cada um, sobre como viver a vida, e como no final nos posicionamos na escada espiritual, tenha sido desafiante. Partimos do mesmo degrau, mas durante o nosso caminho, as nossas escolhas e acções vão determinar a nossa posição na escada. Agora o que vou dizer é altamente polémico. Nós podemos chegar ao fim da nossa vida a meio da escada, o que isso significa? Significa que teremos de voltar à Terra numa outra vida, para evoluirmos e tentarmos chegar ao topo, isso acontecerá tantas vezes quantas as necessárias para atingirmos o topo, nesto sentido é o mesmo pelo qual Jesus morreu na cruz, para nos dar a imortalidade, através de várias vidas na Terra. Esta é a minha visão da vida do seres humanos neste planeta.
I hope that this reflection, regardless of one's beliefs, on how to live life and how we ultimately position ourselves on the spiritual staircase, has been challenging. We start from the same step, but along the way, our choices and actions will determine our position on the staircase. Now what I am about to say is highly controversial. We may reach the end of our lives halfway up the staircase. What does that mean? It means that we will have to return to Earth in another life to evolve and try to reach the top. This will happen as many times as necessary to reach the top. In this sense, it is the same reason why Jesus died on the cross, to give us immortality through several lives on Earth. This is my view of human life on this planet.
Eu acredito que quem chega no topo da escada será grandiosamente recompensado, sem saber ao certo explicar-vos o que isso representa, mas acredito nisso intuitivamente. Se pensarem mais um bocadinho, não é por acaso que o nosso ADN tem uma forma semelhante a esta escada torcida e com degraus.
I believe that whoever reaches the top of the staircase will be greatly rewarded, without being able to explain exactly what that means, but I believe it intuitively. If you think about it a little more, it is no coincidence that our DNA has a shape similar to this twisted staircase with steps.

Se o ADN significa aquilo de que somos feitos, contém a informação genética de todos os seres vivos. Extrapolando para a nossa vida, significará que a evolução física dos seres humanos é real e ninguém dúvida, o Homem das Cavernas há muito que já lá vai e a evolução está provada, mas espiritualmente? Como está o nosso ADN espiritual? Cada um saberá de si, pergunto-vos, fazendo uma análise da vossa vida e das vossas escolhas, onde acham que se posicionam nesta maravilhosa e desafiante escada?
If DNA is what we are made of, it contains the genetic information of all living beings. Extrapolating this to our lives, it means that the physical evolution of human beings is real and no one doubts it. Cavemen are long gone and evolution has been proven, but what about spiritually? How is our spiritual DNA? Each of you will know for yourselves. I ask you, analysing your lives and your choices, where do you think you stand on this wonderful and challeging staircase?
