Feitas as apresentações vamos à história!

The audiovisual world is very competitive, as you know, especially for women, youth is preferred over experience - and also cheaper - this is what happens in Portugal! This is to tell you about a TV host who is also married to the program director of the TV channel where she also works! After the introductions, let's go to history!

Mother of a 3-year-old girl, she was again mother of another girl who will be around 3 months old. Well, in order not to be left behind and run the risk of being replaced by a younger girl, she is currently presenting the program "The farmer wants a wife", so far so good, but to present the show she has to move throughout Portugal to carry out the filming.

Incredibly she takes her two daughters with her to the filming subjecting them to car travel, she makes about 2000km a day by car! All this because having a job in Portugal and a well paid job is a rare thing, work in Portugal is a very scarce asset! that's why women subject their children to this violence, also because many think they are super women, who can be mothers and professionals at the same time! I would say that life is difficult even for the "boss" wife!!!

Recently there was an anti-Putin (President of Russia) demonstration in Lisbon, which was organized by 3 Russian activists residents in Portugal. In Portugal, in order to organize a demonstration, the organizers must identify themselves, that is, give their personal data such as address, telephone number etc. to the City Council where the demonstration will take place. So far so good, Portugal is a democracy (?)! People are free to speak up. But then what's the problem? - you ask.

A sério!

The problem is that this City Council (Lisbon), provided all the data of these activists to the Russian embassy in Portugal! Seriously! This is very serious, this is called denunciation! Now these activists are afraid of going back to Russia and being arrested, at the same time, they are afraid for the lives of their relatives who reside there! I am shocked by this behavior and ashamed for my country! In doubt keep silent, they say in Portugal! That's what I just did!!

I wish you all a great weekend!! Here's another week in looks. How I love doing this rubric, ah but you already know that! Do you notice a lot on my face? I'll start by showing you 3 ways to wear a jumpsuit, in a sporty and comfortable way, or else, in a sophisticated way, which do you prefer?

As you may have noticed, the item in common to all looks is sandals, yeah I'm wearing sandals, this is a great victory! You can't imagine how my foot was after I broke it, I thought that simple sandals would never fit my Cinderella's foot again!

Então, digam-me lá qual é o vosso look preferido? Qual o dia da semana que preferem?

So, tell me what is your favorite look? What day of the week do you prefer?

Today is a national holiday, it is the Day of Portugal, of the poet Camões and of the Portuguese Communities around the world. In my opinion these celebrations are increasingly hypocritical! I've told you so much about my country that I don't think there is any reason for this type of celebration, a country where Freedom is threatened, where people are persecuted, a country of corrupt people and where impunity is the Law! For all these reasons, I decided to celebrate this day by visiting the facebook page of the mayor's daughter who stole my job in the -little-public contest. In this sewer there is much talk about the 25th of April, Freedom Day. I felt like commenting on this sewer named Nádia disguised as a good person, unmasking her, so that she would feel ashamed, but this sewer that is used to stepping over others doesn't know what it is, she has no dignity, she has no shame. They are plain hypocrites. The word Freedom that she knows is that of taking advantage of her father's name and position, it's worthless! And, there she was in many photos smiling with her friends, I was disgusted with this sewer especially on this Day of Portugal, I felt like telling her: do you know you are a fraud, a criminal, that you stole? Yes, because this sewer has no idea what their actions mean, they need to be rubbed in their candid and girlish faces. In doubt I remained silent!!!

Ahahahah!!

Statement of principle: I can't stand political correctness. I think it's so silly when politicians address to people using the feminine and masculine form of words, as if in our language the plural doesn't include both genders! They say the reason is that said this way they are being more inclusive! Saying Portuguese women and Portuguese men and not just Portuguese (which includes both genders), I find it so ridiculous that we are slaves to an ideological language! Now tell me are you being inclusive if you only recognize the female and male gender? Where are the other genres that are so many that I don't even know how to list them, but which are included in the acronym LGTBQ+, any day to address an audience they are half an hour listing all the genres so that no one feels excluded, like: Portuguese women, Portuguese men, lesbians, gays, transsexuals, binaries etc, etc. etc!!! Ahahahah!!

A weekend without the Looks of the Week rubric is no longer a weekend! And, this week I think YOU are going to have a problem choosing your favorite look, I personally like them all, but I'm suspicious!

Another look that contains a very versatile piece of clothing, and why? It's a "purchase" I made from my closet, it's a white leather skirt, and it's been living at home for many years. It's versatile because it can be used in winter as well as in summer. And, it was also a recycling, this was a piece of clothing from my chubby closet.
QUINTA / THURSDAY

I don't know if in your countries it was a holiday this Thursday, here the Corpus Christi was celebrated. Normally on this day the Communions took place, but due to the Pandemic they couldn't happen, but I wanted to remember that day with a look inspired by the looks of the girls who make the Communion, it was beautiful, wasn't it?

The element in common to all the looks, I don't know if you noticed, are the mules I have on my feet, white or red, they allow me to give an air of sophistication to the looks, it's the most I can, because as you know I can't wear high heels! And finally the usual question, what is your favorite look?

Não me deixem ficar triste; escrevam-me depressa a dizer que ele voltou..."

Today is The International Children's Day, to celebrate it I decided to make this post with excerpts from the literary work The Little Prince de Saint-Exupéri.

"This is, for me, the most beautiful landscape in the world, but also the saddest. It is the same as on the previous page, but I drew it again so that you can see it well. It was here that the little prince appeared on Earth, and disappeared later.
Look closely at this landscape to make sure that you recognize it, if you ever go to Africa, to the desert. And if you happen to pass by, I beg you not to be in a hurry and wait a little bit under the star! And if a child comes to you, if he laughs, if he has golden hair, if he does not answer the questions you ask, you will guess who he is. So, please be kind! Don't let me be sad; write to me quickly to say that he has returned ... "

Então será maravilhoso quando me tiveres cativado. E eu amarei o barulho do vento no trigo...”

“Do you see the wheat field far away? I don't eat bread. Wheat is useless to me. The wheat fields don't remind me of anything. And this is sad! But you have gold-colored hair. Then it will be wonderful when you have captivated me. The wheat that is golden will remind me of you. And I will love the sound of the wind in the wheat ... ”

“We only know well what we captivate - said the fox-. Men no longer have time to know anything. They buy everything ready-made in stores. But since there are no friends sellers, men no longer have friends. If you want a friend, captivate me. ”

"I don't need you. You don't need me. But, if you captivate me, and if I captivate you ... We will both need each other. We only know the things we have captivated well. You become responsible, forever, for what you have captivated!"

"Andas à procura de galinhas? - Não - disse o Principezinho. - Procuro amigos.

"Are you looking for chickens? - No - said the Little Prince. - I'm looking for friends. What does" to captivate"mean?
"It's a long-forgotten thing," said the fox. - It means "creating ties"."

- Disse a raposa

"- I will tell you my secret. It is very simple: you can only see well with your heart. The essential is invisible to the eyes. - Said the fox
"The essential is invisible to the eye," repeated the little prince, so he wouldn't forget.
- It was the time you wasted with your rose that made it an important rose."

- Aquela que me deste a beber parecia música."

"- What is important is not seen ...
- Of course...
- It will be like with the flower. If you like a flower that is on a star it's good to look at the sky at night. All the stars are in bloom.
- They are ...
"It will be like water," said the little prince. - The one you gave me to drink looked like music. "

Faria hoje 95 anos!

"This is a very big mystery. For you, who also like little prince, and for me, the universe will change, if somewhere, we don't know exactly where, a sheep, that we don't know, eat or not a rose ...
Look at the sky. Ask yourself: "Did the sheep eat the flower or not?" And you will see how everything changes ...
And a grown person will never understand how important it is!"

Dedicated to the memory of my dear grandmother Isaura
that while she lived made me a very happy child!
she would be 95 today!
