Como sabem os portugueses têm uma forte ligação com o mar. Foi a partir desta costa Atlântica que o povo português, no século XV, partiu para a aventura dos Descobrimentos!
Hi! How are you?? The photos in this post were taken purposely to serve the lyrics of the song by the band Amor Electro that I present to you at the end. The song is called Captain Romance! As you know, the Portuguese have a strong connection with the sea. It was from this Atlantic coast that the Portuguese people, in the 15th century, set out on the adventure of Discoveries!
Digamos que o mar teve um papel muito importante na construção da indentidade nacional portuguesa, a relação dos portugueses com o mar está tatuada na alma portuguesa, pois foi através dele, que um pequeno povo escreveu páginas da História Mundial. Mas, ao mesmo tempo o mar é dor, amargura, sofrimento , pois quem partia para essa aventura marítima já não mais regressava aos seus familiares. Por isso o mar é tão cantado na música portuguesa, na poesia, etc..

Olá!! Bem-vindos a mais um fabuloso post da máquina do tempo! Hoje, vamos viajar até ao dia 4 de Julho de 2021. É, portanto, a revisitação de um look bastante recente, digamos que é um look "déjá vu", com algumas nuances diferentes, pouca coisa, ao nível dos acessórios e do espaço! E, vocês já vivenciaram aquilo que se chama de fenómeno de "déjá vu"? Pois é sobre isso que vou falar!
Hi!! Welcome to the most fabulous time machine post! Today, we will travel to the 4th of July 2021. It is, therefore, the re-visitation of a very recent look, let's say it's a "déjá vu" look, with some different nuances, not much, in terms of accessories and space. ! And, have you ever experienced what is called the phenomenon of "déjá vu"? Well, that's what I'm going to talk about!
"Déjá vu": refers to the subjective but intense feeling of having already witnessed or experienced something, despite knowing that it is the first time it has happened. Never had this feeling? It exceeds the limits of my understanding!
A não compreensão do "déjà vu" levou a que este fosse, durante muito tempo, associado a uma experiência metafísica, como uma espécie de antevisão do futuro. Fazendo o paralelo para a situação que vivi no passado, eu sei como terminou e, não foi nada bom para mim! Quanto à situação que vivo presentemente não faço ideia como irá acabar, só espero que não tenha o mesmo desfecho!! Por isso, resolvi fotografar este look em tudo semelhante ao de 2021. Tempo e espaço não coincidentes! Que isto seja um bom presságio!
The lack of understanding of the "déjà vu" led to it being, for a long time, associated with a metaphysical experience, as a kind of preview of the future. Making the parallel to the situation I lived in the past I know how it ended and it was not good for me! As for the situation I'm currently experiencing, I have no idea how it will end, I just hope it doesn't have the same outcome!! That's why I decided to photograph this look that is similar to the one from 2021. Time and space don't coincide! May this be a good omen!

O que estão a ver atrás de mim é a monumental porta da Biblioteca Joanina da Universidade de Coimbra. É um lugar obrigatório de visita, isto para quem gosta de visitar Bibliotecas antigas, esta é do estilo barroco e data de 1728, é considerada uma das mais espectaculares do mundo. No seu interior, magnífico, estão guardados exemplares das mais raras colecções bibliográficas dos séculos XVI, XVII e XVIII!! Uma curiosidade sobre esta biblioteca: no seu interior existe uma colónia de morcegos que são amigos destes livros raros, a sério!! Estes morcegos alimentam-se dos insectos devoradores de livros! E assim se consegue a sua preservação pelos séculos fora! E, esta hein?
What you can see behind me is the monumental door of the Joanina Library of the University of Coimbra. It is an obligatory place to visit, for those who like to visit Ancient libraries, this one is in the Baroque style and dates from 1728, it is considered one of the most spectacular in the world. In its magnificent interior, copies of the rarest bibliographic collections from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries are kept!! A curiosity about this library: inside there is a colony of bats that are friends of these rare books, really!! These bats feed on the book-eating bugs! And that's how it can be preserved for centuries to come!

Mas tendo em atenção que essa grande festa dos estudantes de Coimbra, que é a Queima das Fitas, este ano se realiza de 20 a 27 de Maio, tenho um pequeno presente para os meus queridos leitores, digamos que é um belo momento do qual tenho foto! Esta é uma foto tão especial, que eu tenho uma parede de fotos na minha sala e, esta foto está lá, emoldurada. Ninguém conhece o segredo dela, bem pelo menos até hoje!!! A minha mãe diz-me tantas vezes "Marisa, tens fotos tão lindas porque é que não colocas outra?". Mas não, não tenho foto mais linda que esta!! Ora vejam bem!!

Esta foto, como já disse, é muito especial para mim e está relacionada com a Queima das Fitas! Com a verdadeira queima das fitas e da pasta, aquela que vos contei neste post The Pyre of Knowlegde, aquela queima em que o espírito inconformado, verdadeiro e académico dos estudantes esteve presente! Depois desta noite, só voltei à Porta Férrea passados uns meses, com a minha mãe, era já noite. Não vos consigo traduzir em palavras o que estava a sentir naquele momento, mas esta foto diz tudo, ela fala! Como podem ver, tenho vestido um casaco vermelho, a cor do meu curso, tenho um gato preto de alfinete, que se lembrarem ele estava presente neste post I Want You, símbolo da minha sociedade secreta A Loja do gato Preto! Se repararem eu estou a sorrir, mas se olharem com mais atenção, eu tenho os olhos vidrados de lágrimas da emoção que estava a sentir naquele momento. Quando bato de frente com a Porta Férrea foi um turbilhão de emoções, só tive tempo de dizer à minha mãe para me tirar uma foto e saíu esta! Cheia de mistérios e emoções à mistura! Agora fica eternizada neste blog. Desejo a todos os estudantes de Coimbra uma feliz Queima das Fitas!
This photo, as I said, is very special to me and is related to Queima das Fitas (annual students celebration- Ribbon burning)! With the real ribbon burning and the folder, the one I told you about in this post The Pyre of Knowlegde, that burning in which the dissatisfied, true and academic spirit of the students was present! After that night, I only returned to Porta Férrea (University Door) after a few months, with my mother, it was already night. I can't put into words what I was feeling at that moment, but this photo says it all! As you can see, I have been wearing a red coat, the color of my course, I have a black pin cat, which if you remember he was present in this post I Want You, symbol of my secret society The Black Cat Store! If you notice I'm smiling, but if you look more closely, I have tears in my eyes from the emotion I was feeling at that moment. When I came face to face with Porta Férrea it was a roller coaster of emotions, I only had time to tell my mother to take a picture of me and this one came out! Quanto ao look, prova que é bastante versátil, em Outubro ou Maio, no Outono ou na Primavera, com meias ou sem meias, com botas ou sem botas, fica perfeito no matter what!! O hiato de tempo entre estas fotos é de 5 anos, acham que eu mudei muito a minha fisionomia? Bem, o que quero mesmo perguntar é se acham que eu estou mais velha?? Se se nota muito??

Este curto video é inspirador, não acham??! Mais uma vez tenho que ser resiliente e ir buscar forças não sei muito bem onde, talvez aqui neste video! O que tenho para vos dizer é que voltei ao Dr. Google. A sério!! Estou com mais problemas de saúde. Continuo sem diagnóstico relativamente ao meu problema de pulmões e mudei de hospital nesta área, ao que parece agora é que vão fazer um estudo completo juntamente com a especialidade de otorrino, sim também piorei do nariz! Resumindo, ando a fazer outro curso de medicina, já tenho as disciplinas de: Paramiloidose, Nefrologia, Oftalmologia, Cardiologia, Otorrino, Nutrição, Psiquiatria e Pneumologia. Mas, há mais!! Estou com outro problema de saúde, é um problema que várias pessoas têm e, só pode ser resolvido com uma cirurgia e internamento de 3 dias, mais ou menos. Só para o fim do mês é que vou saber mais pormenores, portanto no próximo semestre do curso de Medicina vou ter mais as disciplinas de Cirurgia e Anesteseologia!!! Não faço por menos!! Desenganem-se: A expectativa são estas fotos, mas a realidade é este texto!!

I have another health problem, it's a problem that several people have and that can only be solved with a surgery and hospitalization of 3 days, more or less, I'll only know more details by the end of the month, so next semester from the Medicine course I will have more Surgery and Anesthesiology subjects!!!
