Look Nº 427 - Porto Sentido!

After having done what took me to Oporto, in the afternoon we played the role of tourists !! Remember all those places where I walked more than 18 years ago, times when I was happy, but I did not know !! We went to the places most wanted by tourists, we walked more than 6 km on foot, but it was worth every step we took.

We went to the riverside, for those who don't know, there is a geographical curiosity of the Portuguese language, the OPorto citizens exchange the "b's" for the "v's" and say a lot of profanity as if they were talking normally !! We were parking the car and bothered an Oporto citizen and he turned to us and said: Esta m@rda é toda bossa carago!! (This Sh@t is all yours, shoot!)

As you can see the photos have a lot of "noise" but in these places it's impossible to get pictures just with me!! And, in this post there will be no brand references, because in some of these places you can't photograph and refer brands.

As I said, we started by the riverside, the photo with the D. Luís bridge can not miss. It was a wonderful sunny day and the there were a lot of tourists! We went up and went through S. Bento Station, then the Brasileira and ended up in the Aliados, I still remember when there was a garden in the Aliados!!

A autora J.K.

The icing on the cake was the visit to the Lello Bookstore, wonderful, stunning bookstore!. The author J.K. Rowling was an English teacher in Oporto and she was inspired by this bookstore to write Harry Potter, that's why her last book was launched precisely here.

The staircase is magnificent as everything is in the bookstore. I'm really a dinosaur eheh !! I'm still from the time when we didn't pay to get in here, and not even people would run over to take photos on the steps. The cost of my ticket was deducted from Saint Exupéri's book "The Little Prince" in a special edition of Lello Bookshop. I loved to review everything and tomorrow I will return to Oporto!! And you already know this bookstore that is one of the most beautiful in the world? Tell me everything in the comments, I'll love to read!!!

Thanks for reading!!!
Kisses

And did you hear about the controversy over Pipdig? I noticed you used their theme. There are serious allegations against them. You want to google this or go to Rolola Loves blog

  24. These places all look beautiful. It's wonderful that you had a great time.

I had no idea that the idea for Harry Potter was born from a bookstore. How interesting! It certainly looks lovely.

  25. The riverside there looks beautiful! That's great that you had a good time exploring there. I love the yellow coat you wore! And recently I read about that bookstore and it's so cool that it inspired her when writing Harry Potter.
