How to do a blog post on Marisas's Closet
- Escolher um Tema. Pode ser uma história da minha vida, pode ser uma inspiração de uma música. Pode ser um tema da actualidade nacional ou internacional, whatever.
- Choose a topic. It may be a story of my life, it can be a song inspiration. It can be a topic of national or international news, whatever.
- Escolher o look que complemente o tema do post e o complete visualmente. Pressupõe a pesquisa a sites de lojas on-line. Se o post for patrocinado por uma marca, escolher a roupa que melhor sirva o tema. Ou então procurar no meu guarda-roupa algo que já tenha e que faça sentido para aquela história que quero contar.
- Choose the look that complements the post topic and completes it visually. It presumes the search to sites of online stores. If the post is sponsored by a brand, choose the clothing that best serves it. Or look in my wardrobe for something I already have and that makes sense for that story I want to tell.
- Pesquisar sobre o tema. Saber pormenores, qual a opinião de outros. Pensar o que posso acrescentar ao que foi dito. Ou simplesmente dar a minha opinião, mesmo sabendo que as pessoas podem não partilhar dela, mas este é o meu espaço de opinião, portanto eu não sou obrigada a escrever o que os outros gostam de ler.
- Search about the topic. Know details, what are the others opinions. Think what I can add to what was said. Or simply give my opinion, even knowing that people may not share it, but this is my opinion space, so I am not required to write what others like to read.
- Escrever a história. Acreditem que muitas histórias foram escritas enquanto esperei por muitas consultas. Lembro-me de uma consulta que esperei tanto pelo médico que escrevi o texto para 3 posts, foi o post da Female Web Summit, o Body Acceptance e o One Rule. Trago sempre na carteira cadernos para fazer apontamentos de ideias que vou tendo, de coisas que vou vendo e que me podem interessar escrever sobre elas.
- Write the story. Believe me many stories were written while I waited for many medical appointments. I remember an appointment that I waited so much for the doctor that I wrote the text for 3 posts, it was the Female Web Summit, the Body Acceptance end the One Rule.. I always carry notebooks in my bag to make notes of ideas that I have, things I see and that I may have interest in writing about them.
- Depois de ter a história, escolher o local para fotografar. Por vezes não é fácil encontrá-lo. Muitas vezes precisamos de autorização para fotografar em certos lugares. Temos de ser relações públicas, e esperar pela burocracia. Quando a resposta tarda temos de ter um plano B. Por exemplo as fotos da cabine telefónica demorei meses até encontrar a cabine que fotografei, aliás eu já tinha fotografado numa cabine em Coimbra, mas como não gostei das fotos, resolvi esperar por uma alternativa melhor. Por vezes temos o local ideal mas é impossível fotografá-lo. Dou um exemplo, um dia estava sentada no piso de entrada do hospital HUC em Coimbra e estava a fazer comentários em blogs e, de repente levanto a cabeça olho em frente e vejo 4 telefones de orelhão na parede, olho para aquilo e disse: "É aqui! Este é o local da minha história!". Claro que tive que abandonar esta ideia, era impossível eu fazer uma sessão fotográfica dentro de um hospital!! Até que certo dia passei por Leiria e vi aquela cabine. Ouro sobre azul!! Para as fotos que apresento amanhã, tive que andar a consultar a tabela de marés, porque precisava de ter uma baixa mar coincidente com o pôr do sol, andei sei lá, algumas 3 semanas à espera que isso acontecesse, e avaliar pelos dias anteriores, teria a baixa mar mas não teria o pôr do sol, porque o tempo esteve sempre nublado, mas por minha grande sorte consegui as duas coisas, fantástico!!
- Once you have the story, choose the place to photograph. Sometimes it's not easy to find. Often we need permission to shoot in certain places. We have to be public relations, and wait for the bureaucracy. When the response takes time we must have a plan B. For example the photos of the phone booth took months until I found the booth I photographed, in fact I had already photographed in a booth in Coimbra, but I didn't like the photos, so I decided to wait for a better alternative . Sometimes we have the ideal place but it's impossible to photograph it. I give an example, one day I was sitting on the entrance floor of the HUC hospital in Coimbra and I was making comments on blogs and suddenly I look up forward and I see 4 pay phones on the wall, I look at it and I said: "This is the place of my story!" Of course I had to abandon this idea, it was impossible for me to do a photo shoot inside a hospital !! Until one day I passed through Leiria and saw this reading booth. Icing on the cake!! For the photos that I present tomorrow, I had to consult the tide table, because I needed to have a low water coinciding with the sunset, I have to wait for 3 weeks for that to happen, and big problem I would have the low water but would not have the sunset, because the weather in the previous days was always cloudy, but for my great luck I was successful, great !!
- Fotografar. Saber que expressões quero fazer, se é um tema em que tenho de rir ou um tema sério, a linguagem corporal é muito importante, porque através dela posso mandar mensagens. Isto para quem está mais atento!!
- The photo shooting. Knowing what expressions I want to make, whether it's a laughing matter or a serious subject, body language is very important, because through it I can send messages. This is for those who are more attentive !!
- Depois de ter as fotos é preciso editá-las. Muito importante, cada história tem uma cor e uma intensidade própria. Tem de se fazer aquilo que chamo de dramatização das fotos. é importante dominar os programas de edição, explorar todas as suas possibilidades, acrescentando valor visual à história.
- Once you have the photos you need to edit them. Very important, each story has its own color and intensity. You have to do what I call the its dramatization. It is important to master the editing programs, explore all its possibilities, adding visual value to the story.
- Complementar o post com música ou com algum video sobre o tema. Normalmente as músicas que coloco são músicas que eu conheço, mas quando não me lembro de nenhuma, pesquiso músicas sobre aquele tema. No Facebook também se encontram assuntos e videos interessantes.
- Complement the post with music or with some video about the topic. Usually the songs that I put are songs that I know, but when I don't remember any song, I search songs about that topic. On Facebook we can also find interesting topics and videos.
- Montar o texto e as fotos na plataforma do blog. Eu faço assim, escrevo o texto todo, depois parto o texto em parágrafos e vou introduzindo as fotos que melhor correspondem ao texto.
- Assemble the text and photos on the blog platform. I do this, I write the whole text, then I break the text into paragraphs and insert the photos that best correspond to the text.
- Ler o texto em voz alta para ver se me soa bem.
- Read the text aloud to see if it sounds good to me.
- Agendar a publicação.
- Schedule the publication.
- Uma dica, os meus posts têm de ser vistos com óculos, mas não uns óculos quaisquer, têm de ter umas lentes especiais, para ver aquilo que é invisível aos olhos.
- One tip, my posts you have to read them with glasses, but not some glasses, they have to have special lenses, to see what is invisible to the eyes.

Lembram-se do post em que eu disse que não sorria, pois podem agora, constatar a diferença depois que coloquei os implantes dentários. Sou, ou não sou outra pessoa? Ah e aproveito para mostrar a minha colecção de chapéus e bonés!! Eu já introduzi este tema dos chapéus aqui no blog no post Zen Moment e no Insta, quem viu? É claro que estas fotos têm mais de 10 anos e estou com pouca make
up, podem reparar que tenho sardas!! É claro que hoje já não me posso
apresentar assim sem pelo menos BB Cream, ou base, a minha pele já não
tem aquela juventude e corria o risco de parecer uma daquelas gatas sem
pelo, sabem? Ahahahah!!

Mas vamos ao sorriso, sorrir traz enormes benefícios para a saúde e
sabendo que sorrir está intimamente ligado ao bom humor, isso é um bom
exercício para o nosso cérebro porque o mantém activo, o bom humor é
capaz de aumentar a nossa força para enfrentarmos os desafios que a
nossa vida nos coloca e nossa flexibilidade mental. O esforço mental de
sorrir é o equivalente a corrermos vários kilómetros, se correr faz
libertar hormonas como as endorfinas que nos dão aquela sensação de
prazer, sorrir produz esse mesmo efeito ao cérebro. Sabem aquela música
Keep smiling, keep shining! É essa a minha filosofia de vida. Sorrir no
matter what e acreditem que o what é muito complicado, mas isso é o tema
do post de segunda feira.
But let's
go to smile, smile brings huge health benefits and knowing that smiling
is closely linked to good mood, this is a good exercise for our brain
because it keeps it active, good mood is able to increase our strength
to face the challenges our lives pose to us and our mental flexibility. The
mental effort to smile is the equivalent of running several kilometers,
if running does release hormones like the endorphins that give us that
sense of pleasure, smiling produces that same effect to the brain. Do you know that song Keep smiling, keep shining! This is my philosophy of life. Smile no matter what and believe me this what it's very complicated, but that's the theme of Monday's post.

Esta é mais uma história da minha vida. Quando terminei o curso em 1998 comecei à procura de emprego, sabem a história, enviar currículos para todo o lado! Numa dessas minhas pesquisas deparei-me com um anúncio no jornal para um curso de formação profissional. Pensei que seria uma boa maneira de estar ocupada enquanto fazia essa busca e, o curso era só de um mês e meio, coisa rápida! Mandei o Curriculum, não era uma empresa, mas uma associação em Coimbra, ainda existe. Chama-se ACIST - Associação Empresarial de Comunicações de Portugal.
This is another story of my life. When
I finished the university course in 1998 I started looking for a job, you know,
sending resumes everywhere, in one of my researches I came across an
advertisement in the newspaper for a Professional Training Course. I thought it would be a good way to be busy while I was doing this search, and the course was only a month and a half. I sent the Curriculum, it was not a company, but an association in Coimbra, it still exists. It's called ACIST - Business Association of Communications of Portugal.
Esta associação era a promotora desse tal curso e, este por sua vez,
foi ministrado pela empresa Conclusão Estudos e Formação. Passados uns
dias, telefonaram-me para ir a uma entrevista a essa associação. No dia
marcado, apresentei-me e a directora na altura, uma advogada loura cujo
nome não me lembro, diz-me que viu o meu CV, gostou e, pergunta-me se eu não estaria
interessada em fazer um Estágio Profissional de nove meses na
Associação. Disse logo que sim. Foi uma surpresa para mim, porque o que
pretendia era um curso e de repente sai-me um emprego.
This association was the promoter of this course and this was taught by the company Conclusão Estudos e Formação. After a couple of days they phoned me to go to an interview in this association. On
the appointed day, I introduced myself and the director at the time, a
blonde lawyer whose name I don't remember, she tells me that she saw
my CV,
she liked it, and asked me if I would not be interested in doing a
Professional Paid Work Placement for nine months at the Association. I said yes. It was a surprise to me, because what I intended was a course and suddenly I get a job.
Mas ela impôs uma condição. Eu faria o curso e no final é que
começaria o estágio, isto porque a burocracia iria demorar algum tempo.
Eu concordei e fui fazer o curso. No decurso deste, fui com ela ao antigo
Instituto da Juventude em Coimbra tratar dos papéis. Estava tudo
assente. Entretanto termina o curso. Essa advogada chama-me, pensava eu que era
para iniciar o estágio, mas não!! Surpresa, Surpresa!!
But she imposed a condition. I
would do the Professional course and in the end I would start the
Professional paid work, this because the bureaucracy would take some
time. I agreed and went to do the professional course. During this I went with her to the former Institute of Youth in Coimbra to do the paperwork. It was all settled. I finished the course. This lawyer calls me, I thought it was to start the Professional paid work placement, but no!! Surprise, surprise!!
A advogada chama-me para me dizer que lamentava muito, mas eu já não ia
fazer o estágio, porque apesar de eu ser a pessoa seleccionada por ela,
tinha havido um pedido de uma pessoa que ela não podia recusar e, esse
lugar seria para outra pessoa e não para mim. Era um pedido muito forte e
ela não podia fazer nada. Emoji com sorriso amarelo!!
That Lawyer called
me to say that she was very sorry, but I was not going to do the professional paid work placement,
because although I was the person selected by her, there had been a
request from a person she could not refuse, and this place (job) would be for
another person and not me. It was a very strong request and she couldn't do anything. Emoji with a frozen smile.
Eu estudei em Economia o Adam Smith e segundo ele, numa economia de
mercado existe uma espécie de Mão Invisível que o auto-regula, sem
intervenção de ninguém, isto para o mercado dos preços dos
produtos. Mas em Coimbra existe uma Mão Invisível que controla o mercado
de trabalho, uma teia de interesses que actua como uma mão que chega a
todo o lado, controlando todo o mercado, inclusivamente um
simples estágio profissional, faço uma pequena ideia para os lugares
mais importantes da cidade, até se matam e descabelam uns aos outros, sei de algumas histórias!!!
I studied
Adam Smith in Economics and according to him, in a market economy there
is a kind of Invisible Hand that regulates it without anyone intervention, this for the products prices market. But
in Coimbra there is an Invisible Hand that controls the labor market, a
web of interests that acts as a hand that reaches everywhere,
controlling the entire labor market, including a simple internship or a
professional paid work placement, I can just imagine for the most
important jobs in the city, they kill each other, I know some stories!!!
Porque é que eu vos estou a contar esta história e, outras que já
contei sobre a minha aventura no mercado de trabalho. Esta é a última
peça do puzzle que ando a montar aqui no blogue. Eu tenho um grande
segredo para contar, um segredo que nunca contei a ninguém, a minha mãe
que é a pessoa que sabe tudo sobre mim, só sabe metade da história. Mas
eu quero contar esse segredo aqui. Sei que ela vai ter um
desgosto, mas esse segredo, que foi uma coisa que fiz, explica-se por
todas estas situações pelas quais passei. Eu já tenho a data para o
contar, é uma data simbólica e garanto-vos que não falta muito tempo e,
até já tenho as fotos tiradas. Portanto fiquem ligados aqui no blogue,
prometo muita emoção, surpresa e algo que nunca vos passaria pela
cabeça. Eu dei o nome das empresas para que quem for de Coimbra perceber
esta teia de interesses.
Why am I telling you this story, and others I've told you about my adventure in the job market. This is the last piece of the puzzle I'm writing here on the blog. I
have a big secret to tell, a secret I never told anyone, my mother
who is the person who knows everything about me, only knows half the
story. But I want to tell this secret here. I
know she will suffer a enormous grief, but this secret, which was
something I did, is explained by all these situations I've been through. I
already have the date to tell it, it's a symbolic date and I assure
you that there is not much time left and I already have the photos
taken. So stay tuned here on the blog, I promise a lot of excitement, surprise and something that you wouldn't dream of .
Quanto ao meu look foi o que mais parecido encontrei com os
trabalhadores das telecomunicações, um fato de macaco, ou de uma forma
mais burguesa e chique bem ao estilo de Coimbra, um jumpsuit. A cabine
telefónica, apesar de ter virado a cidade de Coimbra do avesso não
encontrei nenhuma, encontrei esta, imaginem, não em Londres mas em
Leiria!!

As for my
look, it was the most similar thing I found with

This post has several ZEN Moments. As you know my name is Marisa Cavaleiro=Knight. I always dreamed of taking pictures with horses and with riders (Knights). The
rider you see in the photo is Filipe Gonçalves and is Riding Monitor
at the Equestrian Center of Coimbra, if you want to take classes you just met the teacher, girls calm down, surprise, surprise, he already has a
girlfriend and, thanks to her I got these photos Thank you Sandra! If you look at my face you realize that this is my ZEN Moment # 1.
Agora vamos ao Momento ZEN #2 que explica o Momento ZEN #3.
Há
um determinado partido português que é totalmente contra a União
Europeia e a moeda única - Euro - mas recentemente soube-se que a líder
deste partido recebeu Euros da União Europeia sob a forma de subsídios
para investir em turismo de habitação - alojamento local - estando,
agora, as casas à disposição na plataforma Airbnb. Coerência no discurso
e na prática é só para os outros!! Mas, ainda há mais, um dos membros
deste partido tem levantado a sua voz contra a especulação imobiliária,
especialmente na cidade de Lisboa, descobriu-se recentemente que ele
comprou um imóvel em condições vantajosas, teve um financiamento do
banco nacional, alegadamente em condições vantajosas também e, ele
próprio, pasme-se, tornou-se num especulador imobiliário!! E esta hein?
Now, ZEN Moment # 2 and that explains ZEN Moment # 3.
There is a certain Portuguese party that is totally against the European Union and the single currency - Euro - but recently we knew that the leader of this party received Euros of the European Union in the form of subsidies to invest in home-stay tourism - local housing, being , now available on the Airbnb platform. Consistency in speech and practice is for others !! But, there is still more, one of the members of this party has raised his voice against property speculation, especially in Lisbon, we knew, recently, that he bought a property on advantageous terms, had a national bank financing, allegedly in advantageous conditions too, and himself, became a property speculator !! And this huh?

Mas isto ainda não terminou, o "guru espiritual" deste partido faz
comentário político num canal de televisão. Numa parte desse comentário
tem uma rubrica a que chama Momento ZEN. Em que ele apresenta uma
determinada situação que tenha acontecido durante a semana como algo de
improvável, caricato, insólito, ou alguém a engolir um sapo enorme. Ora
eu acho que neste partido, neste momento, estão a curtir um Momento ZEN
colectivo e o "guru espiritual" deve estar engasgado com o sapo que lhe
caiu no prato!! E isto tudo para quê? Se eles têm direito ao Momento
ZEN, eu também!!!
But this is not over, the "spiritual guru" of this party makes political commentary on a television channel. In this comment, he has a section that he calls ZEN Moment. In
that he presents a certain situation that happened during the week as
something improbable, caricature, unusual, or someone to swallow a huge
toad. Now I think that in this party, at the
moment, they are enjoying a collective ZEN Moment and the "spiritual
guru" must be choking with the toad that fell on his plate !! And this all for what? If they have the right of having a ZEN Moment, me too !!!
Como sabem, porque já vos disse aqui várias vezes, não sou
monárquica, mas hoje vou fazer um Celebrity Style com a Kate Midleton, Duquesa de Cambridge, nas Corridas de Cavalos em Ascott!! O que vos
parece, acham que ao lado dela faço má figura, ou também passaria por
uma qualquer duquesa de Inglaterra? Ahahah Momento ZEN #3 Ai agora sou
eu a engolir um sapo!!!
As

Isto tudo que escrevi até agora, há excepção do cavaleiro e dos
cavalos, foi a grande desculpa que arranjei para vos mostrar este bonito
chapéu e, não sabia como o explicar num look. Como sabem em Ascott há
uma grande competição para quem apresenta o chapéu mais bonito. O meu,
comprei-o sem nenhum adorno, toda a decoração foi feita por mim, tem
cristais swarovski, tem pedras de um colar que desmanchei, muito tule, e
uma flor, que era de um elástico do cabelo. Gostaram? É o meu Momento
ZEN #4. Se repararam muitas fotos estão desfocadas exactamente para
demonstrar esse Momento ZEN. Estão todas a curtir? Yeah!!!

that I have written so far, except for the knight and the horses, was
the great excuse that I found to show you this beautiful hat, and I didn't
know how to explain it in a look. As you know in Ascott there is a great competition for who presents the most beautiful hat. Mine,
I bought it without any adornment, all the decoration was made by me,
it has swarovski crystals, there are stones of a necklace, a

Este post é uma parceria com um blogger brasileiro. Hoje eu dou 13 boas razões para verem este blogue JOVEM JORNALISTA. E, lá no Brasil esse blogger faz exactamente o mesmo em relação ao meu blogue. Podem ver os 13 Porquês que o JJ encontrou para verem o meu blogue lá no Brasil, aqui.
O Emerson Garcia é formado em jornalismo. Começou o blogue quando ainda fazia a faculdade de jornalismo. O seu blogue é espelho daquilo que o Emerson é. Ele é o editor-chefe do blogue.
2 - É Jovem. Significa que ainda não adquiriu vícios da profissão. Todos nós sabemos como a informação que chega até nós é muitas vezes, a maior parte das vezes, manipulada e filtrada e, como muitos jornalistas não são mais que marionetas e caixas de ressonância de muitos interesses. Todos nós sabemos como a profissão de jornalista é assediada. E, então no Brasil faço uma pequena ideia. Jovem, atenção a esses falsos profetas que pululam no Brasil.
3 - Usa uma linguagem jornalística pautada pelo rigor, a isenção e, sobretudo faz pesquisas exaustivas sobre todos os assuntos. Muitos dos artigos que li no seu blogue fazem corar de vergonha muitos jornalistas portugueses já com bastantes anos de experiência.
4 - Dá boas dicas sobre séries na rubrica que o blogue tem que se chama Quinta da série. Para quem gosta deste tipo, o JJ faz uma explicação exaustiva de séries, desde os personagens, as suas relações, até à banda sonora. Depois faz uma crítica da série, apresentando os seus pontos fortes/fracos.
5 - Os posts são muito informativos, eu retive na memória um que o JJ fez sobre a Pantone e como era escolhida a cor do ano. O JJ consegue reunir toda a informação de como isso é feito. Eu já sabia algumas coisas mas o JJ superou todas as minhas expectativas, está um post muito bem feito.

6 - Admiro o Emerson por não se sentir "intimidado" em comentar num blogue feminino como o meu. De facto são poucos os homens que comentam blogues de moda. Eu sei que muitos lêm mas poucos comentam. Portanto meninas podem comentar no JJ, porque ele não vira a cara a nenhum blogue feminino. Porque a opinião masculina também é importante.
7 - Colabora com outros blogues estabelecendo parcerias como esta, é bastante pro-activo. Mas tem outras, deixo alguns exemplos:
8 - Fala sobre Arquitectura. Como sabem frequentei este curso, apesar de não ter terminado o curso, tenho interesse na matéria. Publicou um post nesta rubrica que chamou muito a minha atenção. Foi um post dedicado a um arquitecto que desenvolveu um trabalho em que combina a arquitectura com a doença mental. Como sabem eu tive um problema desse tipo. E posso dizer com conhecimento de causa que a forma das coisas, os pequenos objectos, as cores, têm um grande simbolismo para quem sofre de doença mental.
9 - O melhor post que li no JJ. Foi sobre a telenovela Tempo de Amar. Eu não vi essa novela, mas a explicação do JJ é fenomenal. Trata-se de uma novela de época, mas o JJ consegue destrinçar a crítica que é feita de forma subtil e disfarçada da sociedade contemporânea. E, tem uma Marisa, a Marisa Orth a cantar fado com sotaque brasileiro!

10 - Para aqueles bloggers que gostam de fazer TAG's, no JJ tem 17 TAG's em que se podem inspirar. Garanto-vos que há de todo o tipo. Podem ver todas as TAG's aqui.
11 - Quanto ao layout do blogue. O JJ é como se estivessem a ler um jornal. Os temas são muito variados e facilmente podem ser acessados através da sua classificação em categorias.
12 - Tem também uma categoria dedicada à Economia Brasileira. Por formação tenho um interesse especial por este tipo de assuntos. Fala em assuntos pertinentes.
