Look nº 353 - The Elevator!

Today I will speak metaphorically about elevators. More exactly three elevators !!! It's very likely that some of my readers in the various countries will not understand part of this text. Part of the subject I'm going to talk about is an international issue, in almost everyone has already expressed their opinion, but I don't !!! The subject is to get a ride in a elevator, and what happened to the American actress Uma Thurman, I don't know exactly the details of what happened to her, but I know that nobody has to go through a sexual harassment situation to have a professional career, in this case there are those who pick up the ride and some people reject it. After Uma's complaint, a number of actresses have said they are victims of it, but how many will have a career for accepting a ride,  I say ...in a elevator? Those same ones that today cry !! I don't want to be one more of the list, but I also want to give my testimony, at the beginning of my professional career someone also offered me a ride of these kind, but I refused, and for this reason, today I don't have a good public job, those ones who today  point an accusing finger, there is a difference, those who said NO and paid a price for it and those who said YES and now that they  have a consolidated career denounced the situation. I bet there are more ones who said NO, that are silent, than the other way around !! !But I'm not talking against women, I'm just making a point.

But in Portugal, and not only, there are other elevators with many candidates willing to accept a ride!!! In these other elevators it is only up, up, higher and higher !!! Renato Seabra also took a ride at one of these elevators and eventually ran himself over and, out of his mind, murdered his lover in a hotel room in NY. Speaking in the reality of Coimbra, Professor Canavarro, allegedly, accepted a ride in the elevator ... on the right !!! Or Rita Ferro Rodrigues! I read on facebook written by a former deputy of the Assembly of the Republic will "work" for RTP with a salary of 15 000 € per month !!! Ride on the Left Elevator !!!

The country is been robbed, the more you get the better, it doesn't matter if you robbed those who work and pay taxes and don't have the money to pay the university of their children. It doesn't matter that you robbed the people who work and pay taxes and don't have the money to make the hollidays that these people like to show on Instagram. It doesn't matter that we robbed those who work and pay taxes and don't have the money to pay the rent and the electricity bill. It doesn't matter if we robbed the people who work and pay taxes and don't have the money to buy the medication they need. To speak Portuguese correctly, it doesn't matter who we robbed, because  we are nothing more than a domesticated bleating sheep!!!

Basically, it doesn't matter who we run over in our way, who we step on our way, or that we ran ourselves over in this rise, what really matters and can't happen is to be poor and unemployed, that's what, it's a great shame !!!

Do you wanna take a ride?

Adorei a blusa.

  17. SUCH a powerful message! Thankful that women are finding more platforms to speak out on, but there's still SO much social change that still needs to happen. Speaking out on issues like these is a big step. THANK YOU for being brave enough to voice your opinion!
