Reduzam a vossa vida social ao máximo, isto não vai ser fácil para ninguém e vai deixar marcas em todos nós!!! A catástrofe sempre anunciada e que nunca se concretizou, é real, isto é muito grave!! Estou a falar de vidas, das nossas vidas!!

Please reduce your social life to the maximum, this will not be easy for anyone and will leave marks on all of us!!! The catastrophe always announced and never materialized, is real, this is very serious!! I'm talking about lives, our lives !!

Não sejam inconscientes principalmente os mais jovens, vocês, dizem, são a geração mais preparada de sempre, pois está na altura de o provarem!! Esta é a prova da vossa vida, é a nossa prova enquanto povo!!

Se tiverem um jardim, façam jardinagem, contemplem a natureza, leiam um livro, sei lá!! Tudo menos sair de casa!!!
