Look Nº 639 - The warnning!

Oi? What? Desculpem-me mas tenho que me rir ahahah!! Ahahahhaha!!!

I have a story to tell you that is simply surreal for today's times and for the best prepared generation ever. This is a Portuguese actress Cecília Henriques who became pregnant ... so far so good! Only this young woman wanted to have her daughter through natural childbirth. She suffered, she suffered a lot to have her daughter, she says, more than 24 hours without making the dilation, also nothing strange so far! Recently, she was indignant on a television show saying ipsis verbis the following: "Childbirth is a horrible thing, I wish I had been warned" ... Hi? What? Sorry but I have to laugh ahahah !! So this highly informed young woman has never seen in movies, in soap operas, in sex education classes, she does not know that many women died giving birth until a few decades ago, this when it was normal to have children at home. But it must be said that childbirth is pain ... a lot of pain !!! It's true that there are some lucky women with good genetics that childbirth is not a drama, or even those attended in good private clinics, but most women who have their children in public maternity hospitals, childbirth is a very big violence for the woman's body! Now, I ask you, my readers who were once mothers, to inform, to advise, this young woman that having a child is not the same thing as going to do a tooth whitening! Ahahahhaha !!!

  11. The green dress is so pretty with the yellow! I think it's true, you don't know how painful childbirth is until you have experienced it! There are lot of TV shows and movies that show it as a quick thing but it can take days! I did acupuncture in the lead up to my babies dues dates to help make labour quicker and it really worked - was the talk of the maternity ward with my first son as they couldn't believe labour had been so short for a first time mum, haha!

Hope that your week is off to a good start :)

  13. Deliver baby is painful. It changes mother's physiological body, and perhaps her emotional too.
You look so fantastic, Marisa. The wildflowers are beautiful!

  22. You look fantastic in this green dress!
I'm not sure how I feel about natural birth at home. I know that some women say that they had a better experience giving birth at home but at the same time, it can be risky. I think it not a good option for everyone, just for women who are in general excellent health. That being said, I don't have kids so I really have no experience in that department. I think those deciding to have a natural childbirth at home should get informed and educated about it so that they are as best prepared as possible.
