Look Nº 737 - Haunted Home!

Hello!! How are you doing? There is a subject, which with the Pandemic, did not have such a negative connotation and led people to talk about it in a more open and taboo-free way, I'm talking about mental health! Anyone can have these kinds of problems. I assume that I have problems of that forum and I can tell you that I was over 30 years old when they started, this is back in the years 2002/2003!!!

E, assim estava a minha!

The experience, age, have taught me to deal with them and to notice the first warning signs! I bet you won't believe what symptom I was complaining about! What I was complaining about was that too many coincidences happened to me!! Seriously, that was my problem! But amazing coincidences!! If at first this seemed funny and amazing, it quickly became a nightmare! It was like an addition, at first it's good, but then it makes our life hell! And so was mine!

Melhorei. Entretanto perdi o meu emprego e longe do stress do trabalho pensei que a poderia deixar!! Outro erro!

The first mistake I made was rejecting medical help, the second, after giving in on this issue, was rejecting the treatment, because what was happening to me was so real (it seemed) that I thought I didn't need medication, but I finally agreed to take it. the medication. I improved. In the meantime I lost my job and away from the stress of work I thought I could quit the medication!! Another mistake! It came all over again, the coincidences, which once again were incredible, but which quickly turned into psychological warfare. I was at war with myself and my thoughts 4 years ago, it was a big world war in my head, I always fought against the thoughts I had and what I saw, as if I live in a parallel reality, but I was overcome by tiredness, it was until total exhaustion! If there was anyone who did me harm, he couldn't do more harm than the one I inflicted on myself!

I am not ashamed to say that I was admitted to a psychiatric hospital and that for 2 years I attended the day hospital of that same hospital. I rebuilt myself with a lot of heartache, but it was a very important period to be the strength I feel I am today. It's not just any little war that knocks me down, even because I "went" to the great war!!

I recently experienced a new coincidence situation, only now I've developed tools to deal with it. The first thing to do is to devalue them, let's say that the statistics with me are very strong and the frequency of events is very high. Mathematically speaking, the probability of a coincidence happening to me is higher than in other people, I don't know if it's because I'm very observant! Devaluing, ignoring are all tools, going back to the past is completely out of the question! And if I have to take other, more drastic measures, I will take them without hesitation. No one, more than me, hates having coincidences! Anyone who has hit bottom knows who suffered with us and who stayed to hold hands!

I leave you with a song that accompanied me in these difficult times, at that time I was a great consumer of music, because I would rather hear it than listen to my head!! The vast majority of the songs on the blog are from this time, from this haunted home that was me! It was not easy to write this, further make it public!

  3. I think most of us have had or will have mental health issues at some point in our lives. The good news is that we are all talking about it more openly nowadays, and we should keep raising awareness and normalizing the topic cause there are still some people that are very ignorant or afraid of mental health problems, so thank you for this post. You look beautiful and so fun I am also featuring a canotier hat on my blog today!
    Have a great week,
