Tcharan, eis a minha grande transformação! Os meus problemas de saúde fizeram-me perder 20 kg, tudo porque tenho de manter uma alimentação cuidada, o meu corpo deixou de digerir uma grande parte dos alimentos, contudo já consigo comer muitas frutas que era aquilo que mais sentia falta na minha alimentação, quanto à dieta já me habituei e, gosto muitooooo mais de mim assim com esta figura!! Quanto à reciclagem, já devem ter percebido que a saia foi só apertá-la et voilá continuo a usá-la anos e anos. E, vocês também reciclam a vossa roupa?
This is my big transformation! My health problems made me lose 20 kg, all because I have to maintain a careful diet, my body stopped digesting a large part of the food, however I can already eat many fruits, which was what I missed most in my diet, as for the diet I got used to it and I like myself a lot moreeeee with this figure!! As for recycling, you must have realized that the skirt was just tightening it and I continue to wear it for years and years. And, do you also recycle your clothes?

Vocês acham que eu não gosto do meu país? O meu país é magnífico, tem sol o ano inteiro, belas paisagens, comida deliciosa e, um povo amigável, já para não falar das praias... é um paraíso na Terra. Mas, como povo temos um defeito muito grande, somos dominados por uma elite corrupta desde que nos tornámos uma democracia e, comportamo-nos como se nada se passasse a cada escândalo que rebenta, só nos preocupamos com o futebol!
Do you think I don't like my country? My country is magnificent, it has year-round sunshine, beautiful landscape, delicious food and friendly people, not to mention the beaches ... it's a paradise on Earth. But, as a people we have a very big defect, we are a people dominated by a corrupt elite since we became a democracy and, we behave as if nothing happened to every scandal that breaks out, we only care about football!

resposta, nós somos um país onde o trabalho/emprego escasseia, por isso
somos um país de emigrantes, mas quem fica, só consegue trabalho, mesmo
no sector privado, através dos partidos, isto é um facto indesmentível.
Então, como somos um povo com o rabo preso a um emprego, estamos
manietados para podermos erguer a nossa voz contra as elites medíocres e
corruptas que nos governam!

Estou às portas do Palácio Conselheiro Branco em Maiorca. Este imponente Palácio foi construído em 1884 numa tentativa de rivalizar com o Paço de Maiorca. Numa interpretação minha, 2 poderes em confronto, o republicano com o monárquico! Seria residência do Juíz de Fora da Figueira da Foz e, grande impulsionador da Maçonaria na região, uma das razões pelas quais foi edificado. Após a morte do seu proprietário, o Palácio conheceu novas utilizações, foi escola de freiras, consultório médico, creche, até que em 1960 passou a ser propriedade da Câmara Municipal e, assim passou a ser quartel da Guarda Nacional Republicana, na mouche!!! Actualmente encontra-se abandonado à sua sorte e à degradação, sendo apenas utilizado nas várias eleições como Mesa de Voto! Convém dizer que chove dentro do Palácio, mas é colocado um plástico no telhado sempre que há eleições para que os boletins de voto não se molhem!!! A sério!! Se acham que Portugal é um país desenvolvido, pois fora de Lisboa, são estas as histórias do país real! Certamente a Maçonaria figueirense estará com um problema maior em mãos do que se preocupar com o Palácio ahahahah!!!
I am at the gates of the Conselheiro Branco Palace in Maiorca. This imposing Palace was built in 1884 in an attempt to rival the Maiorca Royal Palace. In my interpretation, 2 powers in confrontation, the republican with the monarchist! It would be the residence of the Figueira da Foz Judge and, a great proponent of Freemasonry in the region, one of the reasons why it was built. After the death of its owner, the Palace found new uses, it was a school for nuns, a doctor's office, a day care center, in 1960 it became the property of the City Council and thus became the headquarters of the National Republican Guard!! It is currently abandoned to its fate and degradation, being used only in the various elections as a polling station! It should be said that it rains inside the Palace, but a plastic is placed on the roof whenever there are elections so that the ballot papers don't get wet!!! Seriously!! If you think that Portugal is a developed country, outside Lisbon, these are the stories of the real country! Certainly local Freemasonry will have a bigger problem in hands right now, than worrying about the Palace ahahahah !!!

As minhas fotos continuam a ser tiradas na Natureza, longe de qualquer aglomerado populacional, vai ter que ser assim, pelo menos, até eu estar vacinada. Pelas minhas contas de acordo com a minha faixa etária e, se tudo correr bem, lá para Julho! Imaginem vocês que com as doenças todas que tenho não sou considerada uma pessoa prioritária!!! Também vejamos, as vacinas que agora estão disponíveis são as da AstraZeneca e a da J&J, venha o diabo e escolha!! Mas a nossa muito (pouco) recomendável Direcção Geral da Saúde - DGS - tirou da cartola a solução mágica: as pessoas da minha faixa etária vão ter que assinar um consentimento informado e, assim lavam as mãos como Pilatos!! Como a própria DGS não sabe o que fazer, atira a responsabilidade para as pessoas. Consentimento informado?? A informação que tenho é que para a minha faixa etária existe o risco da formação de coágulos e, como a sorte não é uma coisa que me assista, eu própria não sei se quero ser vacinada com estas vacinas!! Eu sei que a probabilidade é remota de ter coágulos, mas a possibilidade de ter a doença que tenho também o era e, o que é um facto e´que ela me calhou, portanto convém não desafiar a sorte. Eu não quero estas vacinas e não assino nada, porque as outras faixas etárias já vacinadas não assinaram nada e, portanto trata-se de um comportamento discriminante. Pronto disse!!!

I know that the probability is remote of having clots, but the possibility of having the disease that I have was also and, which is a fact is that happened to me, so it's better not to challenge luck. I don't want these vaccines and I don't sign anything, because the other age groups already vaccinated have not signed anything and, therefore, it's discriminatory behavior. I have said!!!

A minha mãe já levou a primeira dose da vacina da Astrazeneca, mas ao contrário da maioria das pessoas que estão ansiosas para serem vacinadas, outras que arranjaram esquemas para serem vacinadas indevidamente, colocando-se à frente de muitas pessoas prioritárias, tal é o medo de serem contagiadas pelo vírus, a minha mãe estava completamente assustada, para não dizer apavorada, por ir ser vacinada, a sério!! E, isto porquê?

Tudo porque os media exageram nas notícias e, repetem até à exaustão quando há mortes devido a vacinas, esquecendo-se de referir que isso é uma ocorrência muito remota, que a probabilidade de tal acontecer é ínfima. Esta repetição da desgraça leva a comportamentos como o da minha mãe e, por mais que eu lhe dissesse que é muito mais perigoso e provável que ela fosse contagiada do que ter problemas com a vacina, isso pura e simplesmente não surtiu qualquer efeito nela!! É verdade!! Todas as pessoas a tentarem passar à frente umas das outras, a descabelarem-se para serem vacinadas e, a minha mãe até ponderou não o ser!!!

Vocês não acham que os media estão a criar cenários de horror, tudo para manterem as pessoas assustadas? Cá em Portugal é assim e, como é nos vossos países?? Contem-me tudo nos comentários!!
