Photo Essay #4

Remember the post that I said don't smile, now you can see the difference after I put the dental implants. Am I, or am I not somebody else? Oh and I enjoy showing my collection of hats and caps !! I already introduced this hats theme here on the blog post Zen Moment and Insta, who saw? And how about following me there too! What goes through there is connected to what goes on here, you see ?!
Ahahahah!!

Of course these photos are more than 10 years old and I have little make up, you can see that I have freckles !! Of course I can not introduce myself today without at least BB Cream, or base, my skin no longer has that youth and ran the risk of looking like one of those hairless cats, you know? Ahahahah !!

But let's go to smile, smile brings huge health benefits and knowing that smiling is closely linked to good mood, this is a good exercise for our brain because it keeps it active, good mood is able to increase our strength to face the challenges our lives pose to us and our mental flexibility. The mental effort to smile is the equivalent of running several kilometers, if running does release hormones like the endorphins that give us that sense of pleasure, smiling produces that same effect to the brain. Do you know that song Keep smiling, keep shining! This is my philosophy of life. Smile no matter what and believe me this what it's very complicated, but that's the theme of Monday's post.

So did you like this new smile? What about my hats and caps? Tell me everything in the comments, I'll love to read !! Sorry but I have not had time to work on this post better, I can't do everything !! I have other activities, to feed a blog with posts with the requirement that I put them is not a easy task, but on Sunday I explain the work that gives me every post that I publish. So on Sunday the theme is How to do a blog post on Marisa's Closet, on Monday, a very serious subject !!

This is another story of my life. When I finished the university course in 1998 I started looking for a job, you know, sending resumes everywhere, in one of my researches I came across an advertisement in the newspaper for a Professional Training Course. I thought it would be a good way to be busy while I was doing this search, and the course was only a month and a half. I sent the Curriculum, it was not a company, but an association in Coimbra, it still exists. It's called ACIST - Business Association of Communications of Portugal.

This association was the promoter of this course and this was taught by the company Conclusão Estudos e Formação. After a couple of days they phoned me to go to an interview in this association. On the appointed day, I introduced myself and the director at the time, a blonde lawyer whose name I don't remember, she tells me that she saw my CV, she liked it, and asked me if I would not be interested in doing a Professional Paid Work Placement for nine months at the Association. I said yes. It was a surprise to me, because what I intended was a course and suddenly I get a job.
Surpresa, Surpresa!!

But she imposed a condition. I would do the  Professional course and in the end I would start the Professional paid work, this because the bureaucracy would take some time. I agreed and went to do the professional course. During this I went with her to the former Institute of Youth in Coimbra to do the paperwork. It was all settled. I finished the course. This lawyer calls me, I thought it was to start the Professional paid work placement, but no!! Surprise, surprise!!

That Lawyer called me to say that she was very sorry, but I was not going to do the professional paid work placement, because although I was the person selected by her, there had been a request from a person she could not refuse, and this place (job) would be for another person and not me. It was a very strong request and she couldn't do anything. Emoji with a frozen smile.

I studied Adam Smith in Economics and according to him, in a market economy there is a kind of Invisible Hand that regulates it without anyone intervention, this for the products prices market. But in Coimbra there is an Invisible Hand that controls the labor market, a web of interests that acts as a hand that reaches everywhere, controlling the entire labor market, including a simple internship or a professional paid work placement, I can just imagine for the most important jobs in the city,  they kill each other, I know some stories!!!

Why am I telling you this story, and others I've told you about my adventure in the job market. This is the last piece of the puzzle I'm writing here on the blog. I have a big secret to tell, a secret I never told anyone, my mother who is the person who knows everything about me, only knows half the story. But I want to tell this secret here. I know she will suffer a enormous grief, but this secret, which was something I did, is explained by all these situations I've been through. I already have the date to tell it, it's a symbolic date and I assure you that there is not much time left and I already have the photos taken. So stay tuned here on the blog, I promise a lot of excitement, surprise and something that you wouldn't dream of .

As for my look, it was the most similar thing I found with telecommunications workers, a working overalls, or in a more bourgeois and chic style, just like Coimbra style, a jumpsuit. The phone booth, despite having turned the city of Coimbra inside out I didn't find any, I found this, imagine, not in London but in Leiria !!
And you, have you also been victims of this Invisible Hand?
At the end of this post I leave a lesson about the invisible hands (The wrinkled hands of his father) and its meaning, because my Secret is a lesson! Tell me everything in the comments, I'll love to read !!

To understand this post you have to read it and see it until the end, you will be surprised!

This post has several ZEN Moments. As you know my name is Marisa Cavaleiro=Knight. I always dreamed of taking pictures with horses and with riders (Knights). The rider you see in the photo is Filipe Gonçalves and is Riding Monitor at the Equestrian Center of Coimbra, if you want to take classes you just met the teacher, girls calm down, surprise, surprise, he already has a girlfriend and, thanks to her I got these photos Thank you Sandra! If you look at my face you realize that this is my ZEN Moment # 1.

Now, ZEN Moment # 2 and that explains ZEN Moment # 3.
There is a certain Portuguese party that is totally against the European Union and the single currency - Euro - but recently we knew that the leader of this party received Euros of the European Union in the form of subsidies to invest in home-stay tourism - local housing, being , now available on the Airbnb platform. Consistency in speech and practice is for others !! But, there is still more, one of the members of this party has raised his voice against property speculation, especially in Lisbon, we knew, recently, that he bought a property on advantageous terms, had a national bank financing, allegedly in advantageous conditions too, and himself, became a property speculator !! And this huh?

But this is not over, the "spiritual guru" of this party makes political commentary on a television channel. In this comment, he has a section that he calls ZEN Moment. In that he presents a certain situation that happened during the week as something improbable, caricature, unusual, or someone to swallow a huge toad. Now I think that in this party, at the moment, they are enjoying a collective ZEN Moment and the "spiritual guru" must be choking with the toad that fell on his plate !! And this all for what? If they have the right of having a ZEN Moment, me too !!!

As you know, because I've told you here several times, I'm not a monarch person, but today I'm going to do a Celebrity Style with Kate Midleton, Duchess of Cambridge, at the Horse Racing in Ascott!! What do you think, do you think that I make a bad figure at her side, or would I pass by any Duchess of England? Ahahah ZEN Moment # 3 Now I'm the one who swallows a toad!!!
Yeah!!!
Gostaram deste post? Contem-me tudo nos comentários, vou adorar ler!!! Ou estão todas em Momento ZEN? Ahahahahha
Informação Adicional: Este partido que falo aqui no blogue pretende a legalização do consumo de Cannabis.

All that I have written so far, except for the knight and the horses, was the great excuse that I found to show you this beautiful hat, and I didn't know how to explain it in a look. As you know in Ascott there is a great competition for who presents the most beautiful hat. Mine, I bought it without any adornment, all the decoration was made by me, it has swarovski crystals, there are stones of a necklace, a lot of tulle, and a flower of a hair elastic. Do you like it? It's my ZEN Moment # 4. If you notice many photos are blurred exactly to demonstrate this ZEN Moment. Are you all enjoying it? Yeah !!!
Do you like this post? Tell me everything in the comments, I'll love to read !!! Or are you all in ZEN Moment? Ahahahahha

Additional Information: This party that I speak here on the blog intends to legalize the consumption of Cannabis.
Ai deixa-me rir!!! Acho que estou toda dr@gada!!! Ahahahahha!! E vocês?

At the end I leave a song, sung by Diana Krall's Zen Moment voice- Too Marvelous for words! If you see the video, there are lots of wonderful couple photos that have gone down in history as true ZEN Moments. Let me laugh!! I think I'm all st@ned !! What about you?

1 - Apresentação do blogue e do blogger.
Ele é o editor-chefe do blogue.

Façam scroll e vejam todas as fotos!!

If you notice these photos, they hide a secret. When I took them I was 33 years old. As I looked at them, I realized something was wrong. Can you see what? Please scroll down and see all the pictures !!

I don't smile in the pictures!!! And only with these photos did I realize this fact. Well I tell you the story, when I was 10 years old I fell and broke the two front teeth (Jodie you're a dentist you'll realize this), with broken teeth I got an infection, I had to devitalize them and consequently to fixed them. This around 1982, dental medicine was not what it is today. As you know a devitalized tooth becomes darker than the others, then I discovered that fact affected me and so did not smile. I made a decision, put some implants and was the best decision I could ever make, because I changed radically, the next photos of this on this topic (Photo Essay) you will see the difference.

I promised that today I would speak about Anonymous silence, who proposed me a theme for a post - Altruism - Remember? You can review here. This Anonymous rudeness in not commenting on a post that he himself proposed, I can only explain as follows: The interpretation I made of the figure does not match with his interpretation.

If he considers me the perfect person who only lacks a piece, if it were not tragic I would even laugh, it's that are missing so many pieces in me, I have so many others broken, and the main piece that is missing at the moment is my health. Already several people were by my side throughout my life, also with the best of intentions, the only thing they did was to seriously harm me.

If this Anonymous said that he is by my side and he did EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING is a lot! I just have to say I didn't see anything. I didn't notice anything. I don't know anything. I don't even know what he's talking about. I don't know what EVERYTHING assumes or means. One of two, or this Anonymous was mistaken in the blog where he wanted to comment. Or he don't know what the word Altruism means, but I antecipating this communication failure, I personally was concerned to explain the meaning of the word, both in theory and in practice. That there was no doubt what was being said.

So my only conclusion from all this is that Anonymous was mistaken in my person and that is the real reason why I'm not smiling in the pictures!! End of story.

Topic proposed by an Anonymous - Altruism!
To talk about this topic, let's first talk about the concept of Altruism, to know exactly what we are talking about. In theory it will be the love of neighbourg, someone who is dedicated to his neighbour in a spirit of solidarity, sacrificing his own personal life. In practice, I can tell an episode of my personal life in which I was altruist, not on whatever I did was thinking "I'm going to do this because I will be an altruist person," but because I felt that what I had to do was what has to be done, at that moment.
Sim. Muitos. Sacrifiquei a minha vida académica, a minha vida social e pessoal.

When I studied at the University in Coimbra, I lived in Coimbra, my brother had married and lived in another city, my parents were alone at home. But at one point my father became ill and asked me to go back home.  To go to the classes at the University I would go by car (+ - 140km daily). Since I had a very close relationship with my father, I immediately said yes. This decision had costs? Yes, many. I sacrificed my academic life, my social and personal life.

I didn't spend a year with my parents. One day my father disappeared from home. I looked for him everywhere I remembered, I went to his sisters' house. But I didn't find him anywhere. Until someone tells me that my father had been found. He committed suicide. I don't know if you can imagine the magnitude of the shock you get when you receive such news. I've been out for several days without eating or sleeping. This happened about 15 days before the university examination time. I thought the best solution was to immerse myself in the study.

The first exam was Mathematics. I took the exam and all the others. Mathematics I  took the best grade in the Faculty and of all the courses that had Mathematics in the Faculty of Economics, I had 19.3 values (on a scale of 0 to 20). It was the best tribute I could have done to my father. For those who don't know, at the University of Coimbra in maths who has an average over 16 must defend the grade in an oral. As my average was 18, to have this note had to present me in the oral test. I went there that day, but I didn't do the oral test, I thought I didn't need to prove anything to anyone any more, and I left there. My final grade was 16. That didn't matter at the time.

But this Anonymous presented this topic in the form of a figure that I will present to you. Remember that I have already spoken on this subject in this post here, admitting the hypothesis that the Anonymous was a person who knew me. In this post I will admit that the Anonymous is just a blog reader.

If we look at the figure, not always what is represented is the represented reality and has to be interpreted from the symbolic point of view, an example to you realize, one of the figures has a cube in the hand, but this cube is the representation of a idea and not the cube itself. Then, following this reasoning the person on the right side, is a person who is not perfect and has problems, hence the drawing of a person who is missing parts of her body, this person may have health problems, employment, lack material, immaterial, family property, etc. and hence the imperfection of the figure to represent this complex reality. The other person is perfect unlike the other. He does not lack anything, he has professional success, personal, familiar, material, that is, he has everything that we aspire to have, but he lacks a piece to be complete, I look at her and see a tree. Tree? Yes, read until the end and you will understand. This piece may be the heart, but I don't think that's it. I continue to say that I am the person on the right side, you all know my problems that I tell here on the blog, I am imperfect in this sense, but in this my imperfection and by telling all my problems doing it in a way to inspire others, in a positive way, or altruistic as the Anonymous says, doing it this way I touched the heart of this perfect person, this tree. And on this day when I saw the picture, I felt, for the first time, that I was truly an INFLUENCER - and the cube represented that.
Ahahahahhah ah pois!!!

I thanked the Anonymous for the greatness of the news he was giving me. That is to say, I woke up in this perfect person, this tree, new feelings for him, something he had not yet realized and that perhaps he didn't even know that he lacked him in the middle of all his perfection. Anonymous this is my interpretation. Now don't think that you come here to this blog, propose a post, take two and, that's it!! It's 3.5 € this was how much I had to pay to take photos next to this magnificent tree. Where can I send the invoice? Ahahahahhah ah yes, that's right!!!

In the end I leave a song that inspired all this post, is the Italian singer Eros Ramazzotti and is called Favola (Fable). For those who don't understand Italian, the lyrics of the song tells the story of a person who became a tree of his own free will, and for a long time saw the flowers born and served as a nest for rabbits, the wind blew him and the rain wetted him and in that contemplative life he found happiness. But one day a girl passed by with two pretty eyes, who could be the cube I have in my hand. And, he felt his roots shake, awakened new feelings in this person transformed into a tree. Feelings that led him to stretch his branches to touch her (Anonymous's comment) and now they are the moon and the sun (noticed my earrings) they laught and cry (with the shares I do here in the blog ) and thus through this fable of love he became a person who began to live again (or awakens to other realities). Another bonus Anonymous !!
