Vamos afinar a máquina do tempo para o dia 08/10/2023 e, vamos revisitar um dos meus looks favoritos do passado recente deste blog! Vamos dar-lhe uma reviravolta mais tendência e moderna.

 Hello my dear friends and readers of this blog! Today's post is all about fashion! We're bringing back a blog feature that used to be called ThrowBack Thursday, but this time it's not on a Thursday but on a Monday! Let's tune up the time machine for the day 08/10/2023 and revisit one of my favourite looks from this blog's recent past! Let's give it a more trendy and modern twist. 

No post original, podem vê-lo aqui, mostro um look casual chic e elegante com um casaco de Verão combinado com calças. Este outfit era perfeito para aqueles dias amenos em que se quer estar confortável, mas sem perder o estilo. O casaco de Verão trouxe a leveza e ao mesmo tempo a sofisticação, enquanto as calças garantiram um toque de formalidade.

In the original post, you can see it here, I showed a casual chic and elegant look with a summer coat combined with fake leather trousers. This outfit was perfect for those mild days when you want to be comfortable but still look stylish. The summer coat brought lightness and sophistication at the same time, while the trousers ensured a touch of formality.

Quanto ao restyling, é hora de dar uma nova vida a este casaco magnífico. Decidi combiná-lo com uma peça que está super em alta: uma saia de lantejoulas. Esta combinação é perfeita para quem quer brilhar - literalmente - e se destacar em qualquer ocasião. Agora vou falar-vos como criei este look!

 

As for the restyling, it's time to give this magnificent coat a new lease of life. I decided to combine it with a piece that's super on trend: a sequin skirt. This combination is perfect for those who want to shine - literally - and stand out on any occasion. Now I'm going to tell you how I created this look!

Casaco de Verão: Mantive o casaco como a peça chave. A cor neutra e tecido em 3D, leve, é ideal para criar um contraste interessante com a saia de lantejoulas.

Saia de Lantejoulas: A estrela do novo look é, sem dúvida, a saia de lantejoulas. Optei por uma saia midi, que é ao mesmo tempo sofisticada e divertida. As lantejoulas adicionam brilho extra, perfeito para eventos noturnos ou ocasiões especiais.

Summer coat: I kept the jacket as the key piece. The neutral colour and light, 3D fabric is ideal for creating an interesting contrast with the sequin skirt.
Sequin skirt: The star of the new look is undoubtedly the sequin skirt. I opted for a midi skirt that is both sophisticated and fun. The sequins add extra sparkle, perfect for evening events or special occasions.

Top Básico: Para equilibrar o brilho da saia, escolhi um top básico numa cor sólida como o branco. Isso ajuda a manter o look elegante sem sobrecarregar o look.

Calçado: Para os pés, optei por umas botas com um pequeno salto num tom neutro. Elas alongam a silhueta e complementam o glamour da saia sem roubar a atenção.

 

Basic top: To balance out the brightness of the skirt, I chose a basic top in a solid colour like white. This helps keep the look elegant without overpowering it.
Shoes: For my feet, I opted for boots with a small heel in a neutral colour. They elongate the silhouette and complement the glamour of the skirt without taking the spotlight.

Este restyling mostra como uma peça versátil, como um casaco de Verão, pode ser transformada para criar um look totalmente novo e actual. Ao combiná-lo como uma saia de lantejoulas, trouxe um toque de glamour e modernidade, ideal para quem quer fazer uma afirmação de estilo.

 

This restyling shows how a versatile garment such as a summer coat can be transformed to create a totally new and up-to-date look. By combining it with a sequined skirt, it brought a touch of glamour and modernity, ideal for those who want to make a style statement.
