Não tenho paciência para hipócritas!! Mas também não quero que me entendam mal, eu não sou irresponsável e, tento que a minha pegada ecológica seja o mais pequena possível, mas sem fundamentalismos.
I have no patience for hypocrites!! But I don't want you to misunderstand me either, I'm not irresponsible, and I try to make my ecological footprint as small as possible, but without fundamentalism.
O que não posso ver é esses hipócritas que fazem greves e manifs pelo planeta para, depois na prática, serem uns irresponsáveis. Isto porque há dias vi na televisão uma senhora, jovem (28 anos) dizer, com a maior desfaçatez, que tomava 2 banhos por dia e todos os que viviam com ela também tinham de ter este comportamento!! A sério??
What I can not see is these hypocrites who make strikes and demonstrations for the planet act like irresponsible people. This is because a few days ago I saw on television a young lady (28 years old) saying, with the utmost impudence, that she took 2 showers a day and all who lived with her had to have this behavior too!! Really??
Eu sou limpa e asseada, cheiro bem e, não tomo dois banhos por dia!! É mesmo preciso tomar 2 banhos por dia? É que caso esta senhora não saiba há zonas em Portugal que se debatem com a falta de água!! Esta senhora, jovem, nem sequer pode alegar que não está ao corrente deste problema porque não se fala de outra coisa senão da emergência climática. Eu não sou obcecada no ambiente, mas dou-me ao trabalho de aproveitar a primeira água do banho, a que vem fria, para uma descarga na sanita (privada) e a água do banho também é aproveitada para o mesmo fim.
I am clean and I smell good and I don't take two showers a day!! Is it really necessary to take 2 showers a day? If this lady does not know there are areas in Portugal that struggle with the lack of water !! This young lady cannot even claim that she is not aware of this problem because the media only talks about the climate emergency. I am not obsessed with the environment, but I take the trouble to use the first cold bath water to flush the toilet and the bath water is also used for the same purpose.
E, depois vêm estes hipócritas das manifs que gritam que não há planeta B dizer isto na televisão??? Metam na vossa cabeça, aqueles que idolatram a Greta Thunberg, nós temos de abdicar de conforto em defesa do ambiente e, é isso que a Greta diz!! Estão dispostos a isso bando de hipócritas???
And then come these demonstrations hypocrites who scream that there is no planet B say this on television?? Get in your head, those who idolize Greta Thunberg, we have to give up comfort in defense of the environment and that's what Greta says!! Are you willing to do that bunch of hypocrites???

Aquando dos incêndios na Amazónia, dediquei-lhe um post aqui no blog. Devem lembrar-se que os principais líderes mundiais se escandalizaram com o que estava a acontecer no Brasil. A nossa amiga Greta Thunberg espumava-se contra o Presidente Bolsonaro. Foi isto que os media noticiaram.

Hoje e, já há 2 meses, que a Austrália arde, eu ainda não vi, nem ouvi, qualquer declaração da nossa amiga Greta. O que se está a passar lá é uma calamidade. Porquê este silêncio Greta? É noticiado que a Austrália tem sido negligente no combate aos incêndios. A morte de animais, aos milhares, espécies inteiras dizimadas pelas chamas, destruição total de ecosistemas. Nada disto comove o coração da nossa amiga Greta. Porquê?

Como sabem ontem foi Dia de Reis e, eu recebi um presente da Manzara. Um presente que adorei!! Gostei tanto que fui logo vesti-lo como qualquer boa fashionista.
As you know yesterday was Kings Day and I received a gift from Manzara. A gift I loved !! I liked it so much that I immediately dressed it like any great fashionista.
Pode vos parecer à primeira vista que se trata de saia e blusa, mas não, é um vestido. Quanto ao tecido, é neoprene, o tecido dos surfistas, é bastante quentinho e, quanto ao conforto nem vos conto!! Parece uma segunda pele, podemos fazer qualquer movimento que é como se tivessemos a surfar uma grande onda ahahhah!!!
It may seem to you at first glance that it's a skirt and blouse, but no, it's a dress. As for the fabric, it's neoprene, the surfers' fabric, it is very warm and, as for comfort, I don't even tell you !! It looks like a second skin, we can make any movement that is like we are surfing a big wave ahahhah !!!
Como sabem estou com o pé partido e com a minha mobilidade condicionada, pensei em dar umas férias ao blog para não ter de andar sempre a pedir aos meus familiares para ir fotografar, todos disseram para não fazer isso, então algumas fotos faço-as em casa, outras, menos, na rua. Este vestido teria ficado marvilhosamente fotografado no Jardim Botânico, mas foi impossível de o fazer.
As you know I have a broken foot and with my limited mobility, I thought about giving the blog a vacation so I don't have to always ask my family to go photographing, everyone said no, so some photos I do them at home , other, less, in the street. This dress would have been beautifully photographed in the Botanical Garden, but it was impossible to do so.
Também estou à espera da resposta da minha máquina fotográfica, pelo que as fotos de telemóvel e em casa perdem qualidade. Por isso vou prometer-vos que voltarei a fotografar este vestido quando estiver boa do pé e com a minha máquina fotográfica nova. Garanto-vos que o vestido é um espectáculo!!

Como se trata de uma publicação especial, resolvi contar a história do meu nome, porque é que me chamo Marisa. Então é assim, quando a minha mãe ficou grávida não tinha nenhum nome escolhido para mim, a não ser que tinha de me chamar Maria - porque era o nome que ela gostaria de ter - então uma amiga dela disse-lhe: "E, que tal Marise" (em francês com acento no a), estava escolhido o nome, mas... quando me foram registar não aceitaram este nome em francês e fiquei com a tradução em português Marisa. Voilá fiquei a chamar-me Maria Marisa!!!
As this is a special publication, I decided to tell the story of my name, why my name is Marisa as you know. When my mother got pregnant she had no name for me unless she had to call me Maria - because that was the name she wanted to have - so a friend of hers said to her, "And, what about Marise"(in French with accent on a), the name was chosen, but ... when they went to register me they did not accept this name in French and I got the Portuguese translation Marisa. Voilá I was called Maria Marisa!!!
E por ser o meu aniversário, resolvi dar-vos uma prenda! Como tenho problemas com alimentação vou revelar o segredo de uma das minhas sobremesas favoritas... a receita dos meus crèpes la belle cuisine française!!! Oh lá lá!!
And being my birthday, I decided to give you a gift! As I have problems with food I will reveal the secret of one of my favorite desserts ... the recipe of my crèpes la belle cuisine française!!! Oh lá lá!!
Crèpes de la belle cuisine Márise!!
Para os crèpes
40g de farinha de trigo
125ml leite sem lactose
1 ovo, uma pitada de sal
Para o Recheio
iogurte sem lactose
1 banana
E, ainda
20g de manteiga para
a frigideira
Crèpes de la belle cuisine Márise!!
For the crèpes
40g of flour
125ml lactose-free milk
1 egg, a pinch of salt
For the filling
lactose-free yogurt
1 banana
And more
20g of butter for
the pan
1. Misture bem numa tigela, a farinha, o leite, adicione o ovo e o sal. Deixe repousar a massa 10 minutos.
2. Aqueça a manteiga numa frigideira e coza os crepes finos a partir da massa.
3. Disponha os crepes num prato, enrolados, adicione o iogurte com a banana.
4. È só comer, bon apetit!!
1. Mix everything in a bowl, flour, milk, add the egg and the salt. Let the dough stand for 10 minutes.
2. Heat the butter in a skillet and bake the thin crepes from the batter.
3. Arrange the crepes on a plate, rolled up, add yogurt with banana.
4. Just eat, bon apetit!!
